I think that other presidents put their own priorities way ahead of the country. For Obama it was domestic politics, for Biden it's family money, Dubya was the Christian cowboy, etc. Clinton was the only other decent (lol) president going back 20 years. Maybe Trump and Clinton put their dicks and the country first.
