So about once a month (usually a weekend) he falls right off the wagon and out of the blue for no reason he'll attack me. I think he finds me a little intimidating and when he gets liquored up he just goes for someone he thinks is  a 'big dog' and yaps his head off.

I noticed he did this with other people when i got here. Weird drunken rants about how he was going to get them in the real world etc, with the same person (was it nationalist?)  Then he just started with me.

There's no stopping this. I forgave him and said so to him the first time and he agreed it woudn't happen - then i ignored it the next two times and that just seems to egg him on.

About all you can do is sit back and wait till he gets sober again. And have a little fun making fun of him as you wait.

It's just who he is, i doubt he can help it, if i wsn't around it'd be with someone else. He's a mean drunk    Just make peace with it. I have.

Ignoring him seems to just make it worse. Seems to encourage him if i don't. Then it's two days of him posting relentlessly on every thread, sometimes three. Trying to reason with him politely had him swearing about jews up and down the board.

I don't care that he's a drunk either.  But it is what it is and drunks don't always behave in a rational manner. Ignoring him taunts him - he's not happy if he doesn't get the attention.

Usually i amuse myself and keep him busy for one night and that's the end of it, he sleeps it off and presumably reads what he wrote, gets a little embarrassed, and i go back to ignoring hin for a month or so till he saves up enough for another big bottle.

if you've got a problem with his behavior take it up with him. I never talk to him, it's never been in response to anything i do.

It's still going to derail the conversation. And a lot of it is pretty funny stuff... i still haven't figured out what the hell this copy and paste thing he keeps going on about each time means. 

Like i said -tried ignoring but he still just posts and posts, so the thread is getting derailed either way, might as well amuse myself and let him get it out of his system.

So i shouldn't care what he thinks or says - but somehow i should desperately care that you might ignore me.

I don't know why you're choosing to come after me about this - but you do what you've got to do. If you feel like sticking your head in the sand and 'ignoring' instead of just skipping over those posts when he's like that then you do you.

But if you want to try to some how make ME responsible for YOUR dislikes after someone else chooses to come after me relentlessly then you're not being very reasonable. Like i said, take it up with him. We're about 3 weeks away from the next one so you've got the time.

And if you can't convince him i promise next time i'll put a little effort into making my insults more entertaining

He comes after me without me having to post anything to him If anyone would put anyone on ignore it would be me putting him on ignore. 

But what the hell - nobody thought you were terribly bright before so you might as well lean into it  

Having said that i don't think leaving is the answer either. You just have to stop getting angry at the world and taking it out on people here - be it me or anyone else.

A marginal contribution, not sure if the media got this wrong, but the LeoIIA4 tanks are training tanks, and do not have the upgrades the A6 tanks have, nor do they have the armor that the A6 have....not sure why they did not send the A6 fleet...would have been a much better option for the troops any ways...

Or do what they did in Afghanistan, borrow the brand new A7V versions of the German army, since the government did say they were going to replace those given to Ukraine with newer models...atleast give they a little boost in moral...with the best equipment available today... Not our style i guess..
