Actually there's a point where I no longer care. I don't get paid to educate the goose steppers here. I just put in opinions like everyone else. And if someone insults me, most of the time that someone is going to get paid back.

There is no such thing as a troll. There's only someone who is smarter than you, who beats you in an argument. You bring on the insults by hurling them yourself.

I concur with this attitude, in principle. We don't need rules, or moderation because we are intelligent adults. But that is just you and me. Human beings on average are too stupid to be reliable in any way.

So what I said earlier. We need a policeman, and to be routinely culled.

Stephen King (in the novel "Cell") once referred to Homo Sapiens (and I paraphrase) as "the most vicious and dangerous motherfcker in the jungle."

All of human history has shown that human societies need to be governed.  And even now, at humanity's most enlightened state, there are imbeciles out there on the left who think human activity can actually change the climate of an entire planet (a planet whose surface is mostly water and whose land surface is mostly wilderness.)

People who call out trolls are just left wing participation trophy winners who were spoiled brats who never heard the word NO very much in their lives. And they aren't too bright to begin with. And they are dangerous to America because they vote, most of the time by sending in hundreds of illegal ballots.

Scapegoating in the US implies that 1/2 the population, roughly, is inhumane whether you pick Democrats or Republicans.

If you like to scapegoat, then there's no point in discussing topics with people who disagree with you since there's no trust there.

 

So a forum isn't a good way to spend time IMO.

then upon collapse of the empire, the Jews & their families were dragged into the streets & shot

not just Jews mind you, the fascists will also target leftists, intellectuals & homosexuals

it certainly is upsetting, but it is not a provocation simply to discuss how it happens

I don't call for hate crimes to be committed, quite the opposite

I am well known for warning against the rise of such revanchism

I am more often accused of being an alarmist, for overstating that threat which I observe
