Nothing wrong with saying that. Besides you are focusing on the words of politicians again, you really can't find a good angle of attack when it comes to Trump can you? You'll throw anything against the wall hoping it will stick, because you have no good ammo, not that there isn't good ammo available, you just can't find it blinded by TDS. Even the dumbest petty shit seems like a bombshell to you, so you can't tell the difference. Just be careful to take precautions whilst sucking on Trump's pipe, the risk of contagion will be even worse than the salty taste.

They are not fiscally responsible, and have made zero attempts to balance the budget, even when they had control of the house, senate and presidency. They're not morally conservative either, or they wouldn't have Trump as their leader. Hell, they wouldn't even support Trump's border security measures, which was why it wasn't until the Democrats took control of the House that he felt free to push them for money. Mostly for political reasons. So you're think one of the highest virtues of true conservatism, is the devotion to fiscal responsibility. I think you and I, have that in common. I would like to clarify, that i'm a true Keynesian. Which means the majority of the time, governments should be paying off debt, but during a recession or national emergency it's ok to increase spending withing the framework of checks and balances. That's how long it takes to make a Herpes vaccine or whatever. When the global community has trillions of dollars it it's disposal, it shouldn't take more than 6 months. Like I said before... begin full scale trials on prisoners, wait a month to see what the wide effects are... and then pick the vaccine with the best results. Fiscal conservatism - making sure the budget balances but that everything which NEEDS to be funded is fully funded (Ie, defense, health care, security/prisons etc). Making sure there is as little waste and as much efficiency as possible in all government operations. Also making sure there are as few rules and regulations as possible hampering the economy (ie, it shouldn't take ten damn years to get approval for a pipeline or mine). bush_cheney2004 Posted March 19, 2020 Report Posted March 19, 2020 Angela Merkel adds some black comedy to this pandemic.... Quote Berlin (AFP) - Germany is facing its biggest challenge "since the Second World War" in the fight against the coronavirus, Chancellor Angela Merkel said Wednesday, in what observers called a "final warning" for citizens to heed sweeping confinement measures. .....Germany lost that war too.
