Biden either is or isn't going to ban fracking depending on what state he thinks he's in, or what date it is. That's a pretty big issue for a candidate to hold a variable opinion on. It's in the hundreds of billions of dollars to the US economy, all things considered.

Should illegal immigration just become "mad rush for the border" or does there need to be some kind of control exercised there? 

Does everyone who's in the US get to vote, regardless of their immigration status?

So why would you go to the trouble of filling out an absentee ballot only to go to the polling place anyway? 

The whole point of an absentee ballot is so you don't have to or can't vote in person. 

Note that Trump, himself advocated for absentee balloting, without the caveat that you have to be working abroad. Which is progress, I guess.
