Russians accused of interfering in election to get Trump elected

Trudeau probably doesn't like Putin (and therefore Assad) nearly as much as Trump does so he got out of the swamp.

No, Trudeau/Canada is still there, but not with strike fighters.  They are so old and scarce he is afraid to lose any more.

Trump is correct to focus on ISIS, not Assad and Putin.    Putin is far more important than Trudeau.

I guess he is if you look at it from the point of view that he is probably the biggest threat to the US and now your new presi. is almost in bed with him. Would you trust Putin?

Or have you decided you like communism?

No, I have always payed more attention to those who have real power and influence.   Trudeau will always be a side show.    Trump is correct to stop obsessing on Syria's civil war and Assad.   Syria has long been a Russian proxy state.

You think Trudeau is more of a sideshow than Trump? You're not watching obviously.

Trump gets more attention than Trudeau...even in Canada.   Google Canada reported as much last week for 2016.

Trump working constructively with Putin is far better than the failed Obama alternative.

Of course he gets more attention such as when your own media reveals that he likes to abuse women. Is that the kind of attention you really want? Women here and around the world actually like to take selfies with our guy and they aren't afraid doing it.

Yes...Donald Trump wasn't even the president yet but he got much more attention than Trudeau, who actually assaulted a woman in Parliament.

Trump and Putin will probably make a lot more news in 2017....Trudeau can watch from the usual position.

Will Trump and Putin both pose shirtless? Ewwww. Trudeau will watch that with his feet up sipping a drink and laughing like the rest of us.

I do....better relations with Russia/Putin is better than what Obama has now.   George W. Bush managed to do it, so can Trump.

Oh yeah we all know what Bush did. Let's see now two wars later....and of course an economy plunging. You right wingers are willfully blind as to how much you actually owe Obama. But right wingers have been that way for some time. The last smart thing they probably did was free black people from slavery so they could rise to the level of POTUS.

Start a different topic for that kind of deflection.   Alleged tampering by Russia is an opportunity to engage and "reset" with Putin.

Team Trump understands this well, as did President Reagan.

A very strange way to "reset" but hey, whatever blows your hair back. We have lots of popcorn up here.

It will be hilarious I'm sure. Sorry to see you international status go in the hole, but thanking you in advance for the fun of watching.

Don't be sorry, that's a Canadian value, not American.   With Trump courting Putin, concerned Canadians may want to be On Guard For Trump (OGFT).

I reckon you'd be hard pressed to find many Canadians who are on guard for Trump, unless of course they have property in Cape Breton and can see the values going sky high.

No, Canadians have even less influence over Putin, so they will worry about Trump more.  They are concerned that Trump will disturb their safe and cozy corner next to the world's largest superpower.   Trump's name appears above Canadian cities, not Putin's.

No you kinda got it mixed up. Putin has less influence over Canadians than he has over Trump. (Election hacking results) We like our cozy corner and we don't give a damn about names on top of buildings, well until lately since we have some snowballs to throw at the one building we have with Trump nailed to it.

Canada's state broadcaster (CBC) reports otherwise....plenty of pucker factor for Trump in Canada...before the election...and even more now.

President Trump should visit Moscow before Ottawa, just to let Trudeau know where he stands in the pecking order.

He's already phoned Trudeau to make a date. Try to keep up eh. I'm sure he's scratching his head to try to think how to deal with the dolt. I bet that's going on in a lot of high offices just now. Oh except the Kremlin of course.

Team Trump's people have been working with Putin even before Trudeau was a substitute drama teacher.

Moscow is far more interesting than Ottawa.
