Republican candidate Ben Carson, tied in the polls with Trump, must be the least intelligent neurosurgeon to have ever lived. He's also completely insane. Maybe he did some experimental neurosurgery on himself in med school? This thread is to discuss how insane this man is, and to post some of the crazy quotes etc. coming from this guy, because, well, it's hilarious:

- "As a teenager, I would go after people with rocks, and bricks, and baseball bats, and hammers. And, of course, many people know the story when I was 14 and I tried to stab someone."

- On how homosexuality is a choice, rather than biological. Brain science!: "Because a lot of people who go into prison go into prison straight -- and when they come out, they're gay. So, did something happen while they were in there? Ask yourself that question."

- And of course, his "personal theory" about the Egyptian pyramids:

Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson on Thursday stood by his belief that Egypt's great pyramids were built by the biblical figure Joseph to store grain, an assertion dismissed by experts who say it's accepted science they were tombs for pharaohs.

"My own personal theory is that Joseph built the pyramids in order to store grain." Neither Carson's church nor any other major Jewish or Christian sect shares his belief about the pyramids' origins.

Nothing says you can't be a genius brain surgeon yet believe in religious crackpot nonsense at the same time.

If you agree with his religious assertions, that's one thing but if you disagree with it and you don't at least acknowledge it while defending his achievements, then you have zero credibility.

He wants to make things meaningful, and takes the way on the edge of the common understanding. Now he is in scrutiny of he tells truth or not about some his experiences. He may survive from the scrutiny or may not. He is worth of your serious attention.

He may be the most 'intelligent' brain surgeon in the world, I've never researched otherwise to dispute. He's still a big dummy when it comes to common sense.
