socialist
I've always been a big fan of Noam Chomsky and his intelligence. Take a look at this interview with Ezra Levant. Chomsky wins hands down. http://www.therebel.media/ezra_levant_clashes_with_noam_chomsky_on_freedom_of_speech_in_america Quote Thankful to have become a free thinker. Ash74
Seriously though Chomsky is a brilliant man. This is common knowledge.I just believe his theories always ignore the human greed factor. Greed is not some big evil person. It is a human emotion that is a constant factor in everything. How many public sector strikes have been ended by buying the workers and the unions themselves. You can deny all you want but can anybody post a link where an NDP elected MP or MPP has turn down a raise or perk. It is usually the NDP that are pushing for bigger raises or expense accounts. Greed is constantly ignored when isms are concerned except capitalism which is just more honest about it. Quote “Show me a young Conservative and I'll show you someone with no heart. Show me an old Liberal and I'll show you someone with no brains.”― Winston S. bush_cheney2004
I'e read the documents from the NEA. Public education in the USA is grossly underfunded. Sorry...you are just wrong....the United States spends far more per student than does Canada. Your original assertion vis-a-vis football stadiums is just patently false. The U.S. has an education industry worth far more than Canada's (per capita). Education is a huge business, a notion not lost on teacher unions. Canada imports curricula and testing frameworks from the U.S. (e.g. SAT, ACT, GMAT, etc.) I know this because I work for the largest education publisher in the world. You have quoted American references in previous hero rants about education. Chomsky is an American....his early education was in a PRIVATE SCHOOL !!
