Online, I read in the Middle-East papers that Iran has said to Israel, if you attack us, within 7-8 minutes you will feel the effect of the attack. More and more with these two countries and the US, Canada/Ukraine,/Russia, someone going to push too far and the WW#3 and nukes flying.

I enjoy how some people here are so very critical of Israel. The only democracy in the mIddle east yet are silent on the human rights violations of the other Arab, Muslim nations surrounding it.

My reading of this story is not one of Israel vs Iran but a more than subtle message to Netanyahu from Obama. I doubt very much that Mossad would ever leak anything to anybody but this information was in secret cables to which the USA would have had access.

It is a little message to Netanyahu from Obama - "you want to play hardball then you better bring more than a tennis ball".

It will be interesting to what other "compromising" information about Netanyahu will be "leaked" if/when he decides to address Congress and thumb his nose at the President of the United States.

Score this one for Obama.

Israel has attacked nuclear facilities in.... Syria, Iraq and Iran. Wonder if the threat is as big as Israel claims it is.

I don't know. But their attack on the Iraqi facility back in the 80s prevented Iraq from producing nuclear weapons.

More like score one for Iran. Obama treats his allies like his enemies, and his enemies like his allies. Just ask Mubarek and Gaddafi. And now Netanyahu. Btw, him speaking to congress isn't thumbing his nose. He's a freaking ally of the United States, ask to speak by an equal branch of government. If Obama has a problem with that, it says more about him than anyone else. What other countries leaders would have a hissy fit if an ALLY came to speak? This whole thing is absurd and completely bizarre. I'll be glad when this dufus is out of office in another year and a half. Can't wait.

Mossad cannot be fully trusted, just like any other intelligence agency.

It's important to note that they never willingly released the information that they disagreed with Bibi's assessment on Iran. This information was leaked along with other information through documents.

It's not difficult to discredit Bibi. He has been lying and spreading misinformation throughout his career. More specifically, he has been crying wolf about Iran since 1992. This man is a liar.

No its not hilarious at all. You cant necessarily believe what any one intelligence agency has to say... But when it comes to civilian leaders over-hyping Irans nuclear program theres a whole bunch of intelligence agencies that are all saying the same thing. Furthermore... the folks that keep claiming Iran is close (a few months or a year or whatever) to getting a bomb... lots of them have been claiming that for decades. They have no credibility.... They have not provided a shred of evidence. So Mossad in this case just reinforced what everyone with more than about 10 braincells already new. Bibi is a liar, and the doomsaying around Irans nuclear weapons program is a mixture of hyperbole and outright bullshit.
