No one needs to explain anything about what they did in 1978 for an election in 2012.. rolleyes.gif

Really, they do. I don't think Romney has to be accountable for his religion's policies though.

Do you remember the October surprise where Obama introduced somebody at a rally when he was a student ? Yeah, that.

Romney's America flies the Chinese flag.

[bain Capital] bought out a company called Sensata Tech and are in the process of outsourcing it to China.

They even brought in Chinese workers for the current employees to train. Yea, they were forced to train their own replacements.

And Bain Capital forced the company to take down their American flag and put up a Chinese flag while they trained them.

A Chinese flag was flying over a Bain-owned factory in Freeport, Illinois.

How does Romney explain this?

I imagine it would go something like this:

"Before 1978 many of us in the Mormon faith were doubtful that this was the correct interpretation of our scripture. Many of us worked to convince the elders to reconsider the church view on this topic. I was among those who championed those efforts. Also, I have many African-American friends. In fact, the butler at my 4th house is an African-American. We often talk."

He really isn't. Check out their fact check record Shady. You will see Romney lies ALOT more then almost everyone else.

Both Obama and Romney are liars who will do anything they can to try and get your vote. They are both psychopaths and egomaniacs. These are not leaders these are actors on the world stage.

The both lie, and they will continue to lie ,,, because people allow them to keep lying instead of letting the facts speak for themselves.

Ok, when Obama takes responsbility for his racist church and racist pastor Rev. Wright. Btw, Obama was in his 40s then, not a student at Wright's church. And Romney has as much control over official church policies as a Catholic has over official church policies. Ie, none.

Anyways, looks like things are really getting interesting...

InTrade shows Obama dropping 15 points in the last 2 weeks. And 270towin has Obama only up by 10 in electoral votes now, with 148 toss ups.

But , but POLLS DON'T MATTER!!! Right Shady? Can one marginalize themselves with their own words anymore than you have on this board.

Poll goes up, poll goes down, poll goes up poll goes down.

Partisan HACKS.

Not anymore. It's down to Obama 201, Romney 191.

Yes. It's not looking good for Obama. He's sliding backwards.

You know what looks even worse?

You.

After your whining and crying about polls, you now rely on them to support your position. You have absolutely no credibility now.

Nope, I've never whined about polls in general, just deliberately skewed polls. It's amazing that now that polls are properly weighted, Obama ain't doing so well anymore. And it's equally amazing that when a polls takes the opinion of 10% more Democrats, he suddenly surges. rolleyes.gif

Anyways, I've never said anything negative about InTrade or 270towin.

Polls do go up and down. But they especially go up for Obama when 10% more Democrats are polled than anybody else. And they go down just as fast when a realistic turnout weight is applied to them. You're right. Partisan hacks.

Is it bad when FOX News turns on Romney?

Why would it “appear bad” that Fox has “turned”? Do you watch Fox News or just rely upon the opinions of it from blogs?

Their news reporting is the same as CBC or MSNBC, and the likes of Wallace, Hume, Williams and O’Reilly ask tough questions and are critical of both sides of the political spectrum.

Ok, how about this.

Is it bad when The Winston-Salem Journal endorses Obama--the first time they've endorsed a democrat since 1964?

Here's a sample of the article....

Four years ago on this page, we endorsed Republican U.S. Sen. John McCain of Arizona over Obama. We wrote that we were impressed with Obama, but McCain would “bring the Iraq war to a successful conclusion, work to end American dependence on foreign oil, reduce America's output of climate-changing gases and begin the rebuilding of our economy.”

The Democratic president has done all those things and more. He is calm under pressure and courageous in standing up for the rights of all Americans, including the poor, veterans, the elderly, women, gays and immigrants. In contrast, we’ve sometimes found it hard in the last few weeks to tell just what Obama’s challenger, former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney, really stands for.

Or how about a paper from Nebraska that endorsed McCain in 2008 now endorsing Obama?

Republican nominee Mitt Romney at times makes us optimistic that he would do a creditable job as president. But he changes positions on issues so frequently we’re uncertain what he actually would do in office.

Obama has been tested and found equal to the task of being president. We think the country is in better shape than it was four years ago, and we think it will be in even better shape if he wins another term in office.

I guess conservatives don't really have a lot of faith in a leader that flip-flops more than a fish out of water.

I love how Paul Ryan shows up to a soup kitchen for a photo op and doesn't actually help at all.

From the article:

The president of the Mahoning County St. Vincent De Paul Society, Brian J. Antag, told

the Washington Post

:

“We’re a faith-based organization; we are apolitical because the majority of our funding is from private donations. It’s strictly in our bylaws not to do it. They showed up there and they did not have permission. They got one of the volunteers to open up the doors.”

He added: “The photo-op they did wasn’t even accurate. He did nothing. He just came in here to get his picture taken at the dining hall.”
