Get a clue yourself. You think that erases what you've said before? You're not important enough for me o take note of when/if you stopped referring to her that way. I recall all of the posts where you did, and that speaks for itself.

BTW, I found this defense of referring to her as "it" ironic:

Evidently you do care, since you are objecting to being called a bigot.

You said I kept referring to him as an IT, the key word here is "keep" and I have not!

I stopped on page 3, maybe you can't count but this is page 21! therefore I haven't "kept" calling him an IT

I think you're bored and just want to fight though

you stopped because you were called out. Perhaps you could speak to why you insist on using the "he/him" descriptors. Ms. Talackova has realized an emotional/physical/mental female state... the Government of Canada views Ms. Talackova as a female. And yet, and still, you continue to refer to Ms. Talackova as "he/him".

What page, exactly, was it that you referred to her as a "shemale?" That was you, was it not?

And fyi, I'm not "bored" nor do I "want to fight." Reality is, I didn't response to your posts 99% of the time when you were posting as op1fan/olpfan1 and I have continued to dismiss the vast majority of your colossal number of posts since then, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck .... I'll point out that calling it a duck is pretty much telling it the way it is.

Exactly. That is why I call him a he

Walks like a guy, he sure sounds like a guy (if you watched the interview) and he still looks like a dude, just a feminine dude

You should understand something,Waldo....

This "it" stuff is coming from a guy who admits he can't really get a date...

I'm willing to bet that if Ms. Talackova went up to ol' stopstaaron, without him knowing the full nature of her sex change operation and former gender status of course, and gave him a "come hither" glance,he'd be all over that like white on rice!!!

If the government of Canada considered George Bush a hero would you blindly agree to that too?!

Just because the Government of Canada refers to someone as something that doesn't mean they are right

I said I did not want to date, I never said I couldn't, and btw, you can see he has an adams apple, I can tell who a guy is even if he has a sex change

and no I wouldn't be all over him even if I thought it was a chick, I'm not like that

"Hero" is a matter of opinion, while "sex" is a legal issue.

Just because the Government of Canada refers to someone as something that doesn't mean they are right

It means that's what she legally is. Say you believe that people born outside of Canada aren't really citizens, but Canada grants Canadian citizenship to those who qualify - so they are Canadian citizens despite your belief. In other words, Canada is "right" in every way that matters.

Whether you're male or female depends on your DNA. Mutilating your body and dowsing yourself in artificial hormones won't change that.

You and others seem to be confused and ignorant of some things.

It's time you guys educate yourselves about the differences within and between gender identity, gender expression, biological sex, and sexual orientation. They are all different things.

Your posts are insulting and discriminatory. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

So the DNA argument got me curious:

Transsexual gene link identified

DNA analysis from 112 male-to-female transsexual volunteers showed they were more likely to have a longer version of the androgen receptor gene.

The genetic difference may cause weaker testosterone signals, the team reported in Biological Psychiatry.

Increasingly, biological factors are being implicated in gender identity.

So DNA apparently is not as simple as "male" or "female."

Gender identity is not the same thing as biological sex.

there are 2 genders in the world!

This 'IT' should be sterilized and banned from adopting or procreation.

You're promoting hatred!

What you are suggesting is in contradiction of Canadian constitutional rights!

You should be banned from this site!

There are countless genetic differences among individuals. These genetic differences control many aspects of their physical and mental makeup. Is a man with smaller muscles less of a man? Is a woman with smaller breasts less of a woman? The production of slightly lower levels of hormones responsible for manifestation of these features does not make one in any way less a member of that sex.

Blah blah blah. Maybe to you "gender" is a matter that can be changed and decided on a whim. Merely a matter of "identity". Maybe I'd like to be a black man. Unfortunately for me, the color of my skin puts the lie to that. Just like my penis puts the lie to any aspirations I might have of being a female.

You can go on and on about your idea of how people should be able to define their "gender identity" separately from what they biologically are, and that's fine, people are free to do that. Just as people are free to believe that after they die they'll be magically transformed into an energy being that will be telepathically judged by a mystical sky fairy that will assign them to a realm of either eternal bliss or torment depending on how well they followed the mistranslated writings of a three thousand year old book written by nomadic shepherds. Our society, being a free one, lets people believe and pretend all kinds of crazy things.

But to me, if someone has a Y chromosome and was born with a dick, they're a dude. Even if their dick gets lopped off afterwards, willingly or unwillingly.

As a scientist and engineer, I deal with physical reality. You prefer the world of people's wishes and emotions, where simply willing to be another gender somehow changes what you are. Sorry, but the universe doesn't work that way. We cannot bend reality to our will with just the power of our minds.

It seems to me though that most important factor is the legal designation. Not genetics. If the democratically elected government puts its force behind a certain designation its rather useless to buck that trend, and theres no easy way to do it. You might as well just accept whatever is stamped next to "gender" on their drivers license. Because thats what they "legally are"... thats the standard the government will use to apply law related to gender.

I question things because I am human. And call no one my father who's no closer than a stranger

odd then that you would raise questions over a rather straight-forward physical change of matter
