There's nothing biased about clarifying a perverted definition of the Constitution. Only a border erasing psychopath would argue that the Amenders meant to award aliens and illegal aliens' automatic citizenship to their offspring.

Well... this is a very technical ruling in Trumps favor... he won the battle against the absurd nationwide injunctions, but the question of if the 14th Amendment really does mean a pregnant illegal immigrant who climbs the border wall and then immediately gives birth to their child 1 foot on American soil while a border patrol agent is in the process of deporting them back but didn't quite make it to the border line now means that child is BOOM American citizen!

Not in all states. Only those who choose to allow such. Many states will simply deport.

Yes, despite the headline and subject topic this wasn't really a ruling about the issue of birthright citizenship. This was a ruling addressing the ability of lower courts to pass sweeping judgments Covering entire groups of people in a wide brush manner.

Basically the court has said that the lower courts did not have the authority to make sweeping injunctions in cases like this

It's pretty long. But basically it references the fact that the lower courts are able to consider stopping a government process for a specific individual but shouldn't be allowed to be doing so for the nation in general. So they've denied the lower courts the ability to do that. But the issue of birthright citizenship is still going to have to go before court for a final ruling

You're LYING. The 14th amendment has NOT been invalidated. In FACT the SCOTUS left open the probability that the same will be accomplished in another way,

Supreme Court limits judges’ ability to block birthright citizenship order nationwide

The justices did not definitively resolve the legality of the executive order.

And again it has nothing to do with the actual issue of birthright citizenship, they just said that the lower courts overstep their bounds shutting trump down on a national level instead of an individual by individual basis. And they gave numerous examples on numerous reasons and logic
