Following your logic, if Hitler in 1943 visited Vancouver to sell his autobiography, we should have arrested him. And since Hitler didn't visit, we should have arrested the German ambassador instead! Both, Cheney have criminal records and were let in, but when other with the same are not permitted to enter. I've also heard this charge from people within the CIA at the time. They said they NEVER before saw a VP visit the CIA beyond cutting a ribbon for a ceremony. Cheney is a criminal, and by psychological definition i would argue he fits most of the characteristics of a sociopath/psychopath. The man should be barred from Canada because we don't need morally deficient criminals in this country, or if not barred let him come in and have him arrested and tried for war crimes, along with a few other of his cronies. I believe in the rule of law, and if you break it, no matter if you're Cheney, Obama, Harper, Mugabe, or the freaking Dalai Lama, you should be held to account.
