PrimeNumber Posted July 4, 2015 Report Posted July 4, 2015 The Federal NDP? I've heard the Alberta NDP has sunk like a stone, with polls indicating that Wild Rose would form Government if an election was held today.......... Good thing there's not a vote today... Quote “Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find your way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”― Bruce Lee
Vancouver King Posted July 4, 2015 Report Posted July 4, 2015 NDP is starting to come back down again, now that the Alberta honeymoon is fading from memories. NDP plateauing has nothing to do with Notley's honeymoon being over and everything to do with Giles Duceppe now at the helm of the Bloq. Don't take my word, read the poll analysis from the EKOS poll you referred to yesterday. Quote When the people have no tyrant, their public opinion becomes one. ...... Lord Lytton

Evening Star Posted July 5, 2015 Report Posted July 5, 2015 Gilles Duceppe was definitely the BQ leader during the 2011 election. Quote

And? If the minor bump the BQ has received is his honeymoon, then they're in a lot of trouble in October. Gilles Duceppe lost his own seat last election. His career is over. Quote
WWWTT Posted July 6, 2015 Report Posted July 6, 2015 NDP is starting to come back down again, now that the Alberta honeymoon is fading from memories. No it's because of Greece. Keepitsimple Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 (edited) Because he told lies about what the opposition said they would do with our troops fighting ISIS. Where are the lies? Is it not true that Trudeau has said that the Liberals will pull out our troops? Is it not true that Trudeau showed disdain by saying Canada should be providing humanitarian aid instead of "trying to whip out our CF-18s and show them how big they are."? What are you trying to say - that both the Liberals and NDP plan to maintain the mission - even though they have said no such thing? “And, of course, both Mr. Mulcair and Mr. Trudeau have opposed the military mission, said they would withdraw our forces and our aircraft, in Justin Trudeau’s case saying so, as you will remember, in terms laced with contempt for the Canadian military,” Harper added. Trudeau for one said he would actually increase the number of CDN troops and put them into training positions to help the Peshmerga et al do the fighting. JT just said he would withdraw the F 18s, which is a good idea. Quote
