Because of there being NO CHANGE in said regulation the so called "Fox News North" (Sun-TV) channel can NOT get CRTC approval to operate... Clearly, in the worst traditions of unfair/unbalanced FoxNews... FoxNewsNorth has been wounded without a regulatory opening to allow it to broadcast "false and misleading" news. It will however provide a balanced perspective on current issues. Instead of only receiving the left wing and Liberal view, SunTV will also include a view that the people with common sense can get behind. It will be refreshing to hear commentary that is more in line with most talk radio in this country. Maybe it's early but I have no idea what you're on about here Jack. I have no idea what the left is so afraid of with Sun TV News but they seem to be terrified of any competition to the current line up of news in this country. No public money is being used to fund it and it is going to create many jobs which our economy sorely needs. Competition in the marketplace is a good thing not a bad one. I would bet good money that the people bad mouthing this will be watching it more then anyone else. Out of sheer curiosity if nothing else. Besides how else can they hate something if they don't know what it's about. For a clue listen to some talk radio. That is what Sun TV News will be like commentary will be like. It will have regular news broadcasts as well mind you with sports, weather, etc as well.
