Mighty AC? WIP? The Choir?

I guess I quit the choir! Because this is the first time I've checked back on this topic for several days now. My personal opinion is that you either want to learn about science or you don't. As long as your not the Minister of Science and Technology, I'm really not that concerned that you want to force science to conform to your religious interpretations.

I'm not forcing anything. I'm just relaying information being given by science. I understand....it must be so unsettling.

Well, there are only two possibilities. Either something has existed forever, or something came out of nothing. Both seem fairly illogical.

Diety mythology doesnt fix any of this though, because god also must have existed forever or came out of nothing.

A inanimate clay golem was floating in the nothing. Then one day an old silk hat landed on its head. Now, there must have been some magic in that old silk hat, for when it landed on the head, it began to dance around. That was the day that god was born. As you might expect of something that has been in a frozen state for an eternity he woke up angry. Hence all those years of jealousy, killing, punishment, genocide, etc. However, one day god's heart grew three sizes and he embraced love. So he impregnated a virgin with himself and was reborn as a white, Birkenstock wearing hippie in the Middle East. This son of himself loved to party and regularly made booze out of water and entertained crowds with his water walking. God part II loved everyone...well except slaves, women and gays. Anyway, at least he had himself tortured and killed to forgive us for being made imperfectly by himself. This truth can be confirmed by the fact that I believe that it is true. Plus it is also written down right there ^^^

Yeah, and they also assumed the universe had existed forever. But oh no. To their dismay....it had a beginning!

Hopefully they'll come up with the answer in our lifetime. It might....the way technology is rapidly developing.

I want confirmation....just so I can say, "I told you so."

Yes we already know from other threads that science confirms the Hindu creation story; but, this is a thread about Darwin. Here we can discuss how Hindus waited thousands of years for Darwin to prove their 10 Avatars of Vishnu.

The forms taken by lord Vishnu in his ten incarnations bear a strange similarity to Darwin's Theory of Evolution.

well she can't have the job we already have creationist as minister of science and technology, gary goodyear....goodyear doesn't even hold uni degree let alone a science degree, as an creationist he's anti-science an appointed to the post by another anti-science evangelical, Harper... so we have an evangelical PM and he appoints another creationist as minister of science and technology is it any wonder we have an anti-science government that cuts science funding, muzzles scientists, obstructs climate change internationally...if you questioned harpers hidden religious agenda well there it is...it's covert, he doesn't bring it out in the open but influences policy with funding cuts, and political appointments...
