You should read the constitution.

I read it, does it not say the wishes of the people are to be heard???? YES, the election made a clear statement, no NDP, no Liberal and NO BQ government! Joining them all together is just a way to be anarchist and cause a governmental mutiny or coo de ta!

Who is with me?

I will foot what I can from my company but I cannot bear all the ocst myself as in the long run it comes out of my pocket, will the people of Canada be serious about stopping this coalition government??

You're right that in the long run it comes out of your pocket.

There is no way your business could "pay" the expense without it becoming a shareholder loan which would have to be included on your personal tax return after one year of taking the "loan" from the company. The "cost" is personal in nature and not deductible by any business (incorporated or otherwise).

Given that the coalition would last less than the time it would take to successfully fight such a legal action, well, I wonder what the point would be.... sounds like "unfair, I'm going to cry to mommy .. er, I'm going to sue..." to me.

Waaah, we did not get elected, let us subvertly abuse the laws so we can steal Harpers candy and then wave it in his face while we push him out of the crib.

More like `Waaah, lets do the same thing Harper tried to do when he was in opposition'.

Actually, more like `lets fight against fascism wherever we find it'.

Fascism is "economic and social rigidity with the suppression of opposition".

Thursday's `Economic update' revealed how fascist Harper's always been.

Screw your class-action lawsuit, buddy.

TCCK.

this is a constitutional matter, and the only way this would EVER get heard is at the leisure of the Supreme court of Canada, and they have the choice of what case they want to hear and what case they don't want to hear.

you take this to provincial supreme courts your case will be dismissed... if your lucky it wont be dismissed with prejudice. and if it does get dismissed with prejudice no court will even consider putting this on their dockets.

Fact is no court other then the supreme court of Canada will hear this, and if they actually hear the case.. you would be lucky as all hell if that happened.. and you wasted their time, they would dismiss your case with prejudice and you would never get a second chance.

IF you bothered to read the constitution cover to cover, and read what the best constitutional lawyers have said about this, you would know your pissing into the wind while its splattering all over you.

Learn your constitutional law before you come off half cocked and sounding stupid.

Ok so you guys think I am being a baby and doing the cry or hold my breathe game, well what have Dion, Layton and the the french guy done?

Waaah, we did not get elected, let us subvertly abuse the laws so we can steal Harpers candy and then wave it in his face while we push him out of the crib.

Now that is childish on thier part!! Can't admit defeat so they have to steal what is not thiers!

Your emotion does equal the law.

The Liberals, NDP and the Bloc WERE elected to represent the people in this country AND they collectively held the majority of votes in the last election. The Coalition essentially becomes one party for the purposes of forming the government.

I suppose it you are really pissed off you could pack you bags and move yourself and you business to the US. But if you stay here you will have to live with whatever the Coalition does - including forming the next government after a non-confidence vote. That's the law.

I'm thinking someone else is having a hard admitting defeat. You really should read up on our form of government, you look somewhat foolish coming off all whiny like this.

Welcome to the wonderful world of parliamentary democracy, my friend. Although I'm disgusted with this coalition, it is perfectly legal in our system. In fact, a coalition government was being discussed before the elections were held. During the campaigns there was speculation of the NDP/Liberals banding together, which leads one to believe that they were NEVER willing to work with the Conservative government.

The coalition has a tax and spend agenda, voters be damned. After the worst showing in Canadian political history, the Liberals have shown they will use any means they can to get their greedy hands in the public purse, even joining forces with socialists and separatists. It's appalling and I hope true Liberal supporters that didn't agree with Dion's destructive tax and spend mentality voice their displeasure with him selling out their party to two of the most politically destructive forces in the nation.

I will be contacting numerous law firms across the nation tomorrow to halt the coalition government. I will be taking out large newspaper ads asking the people of this nation to join me to have our vote that we just did weeks ago heard.

We did not vote for a Liberal government, we did not vote for an NDP government and we did not vote for a BQ government.

We as the people of Canada voted in a minority Conservative government and I will take this to the highest court in the nation to see that the wishes of the people are heard.

Who is with me?

If Dion failed so miserably to get his party elected why would he be the best leader to run the coalition government??? What a farse!?!??!

A fool and his money is soon parted. No thanks.

What legal firm would even take the case? The only court that could possibly take it would be the Supreme Court, and this guy is talking about a lawsuit; in other words a civil suit. My feeling is he should probably be suing his high school social studies class for so thoroughly misteaching the government section of of the curriculum. That's a case he might win.

This post is full of win, and adds more lulz to his thread...
