Look i've said this thousands times already, YOUR nation the USA, has been doing these military operations around the world for decades....you could include Mine nation as well....And i'm sure they have offices upon offices of lawyers and judges, that they seek to find out "IF" they can kill terrorist....now that includes republican and democrats presidents do you really think they would be that stupid and not follow the rule of law, or national security policies... They have been declared terrorist long before they were attacking Israel or US interests in the area....this conflict is only growing bigger.
