US homicide numbers are not that high compared to third world nations where the rates are higher than 10 %....

This is the type of thinking that gave birth to DEI in the first place.... Your assuming everyone has the same qualifications, same experience, but that's not how life works... . in any job there is always many different people applying with a wide Varity of skills or experience...Why would you not give the job to the most qualified...white, black purple.... Why would you give preference to color or race ? ...Do you not see that as being a little racist...why not height, or weight, or IQ levels, or any of the millions other groups we could judge... I seen this practice for many years in the military, more qualified candidates passed over for promotion because of color and sex...i mean take a look for the last search for CDS...all the candidates were women. Not because there was not any qualified men but because it was time to break another barrier for women.... These policies do not work....But i guess we can not trust anyone to hire the best qualified person, so to make up for all these mistakes of the past it is only fair to force us to break best hiring practices and let in those that would not normally get a chance at promotion...

Yes rhetoric to you , but my objective here was to tell you that Conservatives don't need you to tell them who or what they should be....If anything you should be sticking to rebuilding that so called party called the NDP...It will be a long time before anyone takes something from the NDP, which is not really that concerned about rebuilding as it is about demographics of its party membership, and not being represented by CIS white men....because that is what is fashionable today... What little influence the NDP had is long gone...and it will be replaced by someone else or another party...
