If that's what you're getting from this discussion, I wonder if maybe you're doing too much skimming and not actually reading of this thread. The ruling itself is the problem. The evidence presented in court doesn't even come close to meeting the criteria that he claims it did. It was a political manifesto, not a proper legal ruling.

Leto is a minor character. He provides more context than plot progression. Robbie has at least as much screen time as anyone else. She's as close to being the main character as you can get in an ensemble cast this large.

That's the problem. His text leaves you to wonder, while her text leaves nothing to wonder -- she asked to have sex. There is no evidence that she refused any tea. There is evidence that she ordered it.

Saw Suicide Squad last night. Visually, it was not bad. Good action, lots of explosions, etc. The plot was pretty thin and pretty dumb though. Will Smith was terrible, easily his worst performance. Margot Robbie was really good, the movie's only real saving grace.

It couldn't be any more clear that the court did not get it right. She had no evidence of any kind, whereas he had her written invitation for sex. It's patently insane that anyone could ever be found guilty on any charge just because someone said they did something, especially when the physical evidence clearly points in the opposite direction.

In US college perhaps, but the only girls that I've ever seen play lacrosse around Manitoba and Saskatchewan were those who managed to make the boys team. I'm not sure if girls lacrosse has different rules, but the game my son payed (especially the indoor version) was one so rough that it's definitely considered a "real man" sport around here. Perhaps the association in your mind is because of field hockey being usually assumed to be a women's sport? (maybe I'm mixing that up just as equally though). It's impossible to over-state how rough the game is, especially the indoor (box) version. You learn a lot about the Canadian healthcare system if you have a kid that plays. So many things that aren't even a penalty in lacrosse would get you suspended in hockey. A guy is carrying the ball towards your net? Not only are you 'allowed' to slash his arms, you're SUPPOSED to just keep hacking to try to make him drop it. Cross checking is fine, punching is fine, intentionally hitting someone with the ball is fine. As long as the stick is below shoulder height, and you take less than a two foot back swing, you are allowed to carry out some seriously vicious assaults. The official ball is white, but you're right about it being hard to follow. Everyone has their sticks up and is running in patterns, and the ball is literally invisible when being carried in the stick. It takes a pretty good knowledge of the game to be able to just enjoy watching lacrosse on TV. It doesn't help that the pro league (NLL) uses it's own set of rules that is a combination of field and box, with some added goodies that neither use -- so even then you're unlikely to really be able to enjoy it right away. It's too fast, too complicated, and the announcers don't dumb it down enough for casual viewers. Their colour commentators need to spend more time explaining what happened from a rules perspective rather than from a skills perspective.

I've spent more hours than I can count watching (and occasionally coaching) lacrosse. My son played both box and field lacrosse right through to Jr A. His team went to the nationals a few times. Not a game for the timid. Box Lacrosse is a LOT more popular in the prairies than field. There was a lot of competition to make the A league teams and the provincial teams in box, but the field team basically consisted of anyone who wanted to play. There is a high school league here, but it's pretty small compared to the private club league.

Let me know when you want to have a rational discussion. Your hyperbole and personal attacks are ridiculous. -

Also the equivalent of less than one second of the river's daily average discharge. Pretty small in context. -
Mohammed ordered his followers to kill non-Muslims, and he led by example. People who complain about Islam, and "lump all Muslims together" are particularly concerned about that. Are there any that do not consider themselves followers of Mohammed? Considering Mohammed created Islam, it would have to.

Is there a faction of Islam that are not followers of Mohammed?

How would the call centre know who is actually using the phone when they call in? If the account is registered to a male and there is a female on the line, do they interrupt the session to transfer them to a different CSR? This. All I care about is if they know what they are talking about, and that I can understand them.

I already did back it up and gave you several examples. Nice try though. -

I'm talking about verbs, you're talking about nouns. -

That doesn't even remotely follow his line of thinking as he's presented it here. -

Clearly not. You're still asking the same questions that simply do not apply to the situation. -

2 (or 5) minutes in the box, and a night in the box have entirely different connotations.

People who graduate from Christian Universities have their accreditation declined, people who refuse to participate in an activity that they find objectionable are sued, their beliefs get labelled as "hate speech", etc. People with little to no interest in a particular group join for the express purpose of forcing them to change their rules. -
Conscripted Senate. If you get called, it's your civic duty to serve, unless you can prove it would cause a serious undue hardship.

You have that exactly backwards. It's the non-believers that are trying to assert their beliefs on those who don't agree. They are the ones who try to criminalize dissenting opinion, they're the ones who try to literally force believers to do their bidding. They're the ones who go to places who think differently and sue them. Those on the intolerant ones. -
Canadian Anthem changed during the MLB Allstar game

It isn't, but some people melt down when they hear it, so the media will gladly whip the frenzy up for them.
