Lack of export pipelines forces Canada to sell cut rate oil to the US. The US then exports it from its own terminals at world price for profits of $38 million per DAY.

They should have just bulled their way through, but like always, they cared too much about losing votes in southern BC. This government is no paragon of virtue either. While the US has been cutting red tape and bureaucracy for their oil industry we have been adding to it.
