All 22,000 London police to be equipped with body cameras after study shows they make trials faster, make plea bargains faster, and reduce violence against and from police. In other news, the RCMP has announced they will not buy any because camera technology is not yet advanced enough.

You have to wonder why bother to spend the money when you have a clear picture of a cop in the US (white) shooting a guy 8 times in the back who is running away (black), and he still gets away with it. Maybe Canada isn't quite so racist?

I don't know why he shot him, but if you check the video you can clearly see he had no justifiable reason. And shot him 8 times as he ran away so I would have to conclude he meant to kill him. Would he have done the same to a white guy?

One of the jurors couldn't convict so it went to mistrial.
