No quite, BRITAIN declared war on GERMANY before first interfering in the foreign affairs of Germany for so many years. Germany had reluctantly declared war on America (because the whole point of letting pearl harbor happen was so taht the US would have justification for entering the war with germany). A salient quote was when Hitler told the Emperor and Tojo- "god help us, you have awoken the sleeping giant" America's declaration of war with Japan forced Germany to respond in kind to America. It's obvious that Germany would have MUCH MUCH preferred NEVER to have america as an enemy. But Germany declared war on America nearly two YEARS after the outbreak of the war, after the US had (in deliberate violation of international law and indeed all statutes of war between civilized nations) was supplying Great Britain and Russia with enormous amounts of manufactured goods and sending unmarked vessels in the Baltic sea (so that a german U-boat might FINALLY sink an American ship and thus give America a valid excuse to go to war with Germany). The Molotov-Ribbentrop joke of an alliance was always understood by BOTH parties to be eventually broken. It was a pact made to consolidate both powers. The point of course is that the banks (Thyssen - the prime funder of Hitler- who was funded by Du Pont and the Chase Bank) were of course prime advisers and movers. To say that banking interests played no significant role in the second world war is simply nonsense on stilts.

not necessarily- Italy had far better freedom of expression then any socialist state of the time, and even nazi Germany, the huge bonfires of books we see during kristalnacht were symbolic. It wasn't illegal to own Das Kapital or American magazines or any other such items. Of course communist agitators were put under harsh scrutiny as they had tried to subvert and topple the government too many times in the past. Perhaps you couldn't point out to a single nation that DIDN'T employ "pervasive" propaganda campaigns... The Navy SEALs just rescued American sailors from "African community organizers" (pirates, in oldspeak). And looking through the various news articles on the topic I am not fully surprised that no one picked up on the true significance of this event: While everything is crumbling around us due to subprime, affirmative action Prez, and the weakening of educational standards, there still are some AMERICAN institutions that recognize true greatness. The SEALs are the farthest organization from affirmative action socialism in the world: physically they would all be called poster boys for Hitler's Youth: White, high intelligence, highly fit, and with a firm contempt of death. They are trained to be elite warriors. They are a living embodiment of true excellence. I'm sorry - but you clearly haven't read the almanacs and life quality measurement indexes of pre-war germany... They had 8 to 9 hour shifts, made very decent salaries and ate very well. They had health benefits and all manner of workers rights. Stupid unnecessary way of life? Is having a country of progress (at least technologically) of comfort and of rootedness or relatedness - an ironclad sense of REAL community with a MEANINGFUL concept of nation "stupid" and "unnecessary" ? National Socialism (or third way capitalism) in Germany was a raving success, zero unemployment, stupendous scientific and mathematical literacy, outstanding social cohesion and sense of community (well except perhaps with Jews). The population was healthy beyond modern day canada- cancers, obesity, STD's were nearly at zero... what else? oh yes taxes were a great deal lower then current rates (its true Nazi Germany did not have millions of regular welfare dependents, the mentally and physically infirm (or "Erbkrank") ... there was also a minimum of inter-class hostility. National Socialism (the type adopted by the nazis) produced only small government checks on industry while greatly improving technology and supplying Germany with a roaring economy... But of course in our "free" country no one can say what I have just outlined under pains of "hate speech" prosecution. IN our intellectually undemanding and crumbling culture: one merely has to say "that's what Hitler did" to make fastidious minds boil with the insane and sullen hatred of reason.

SAME SPIN RADIUS... no advantage. the tire being shorter and stiffer, will flex less in cornering and transition maneuvers- but this advantage is counterproductive as it gives you a BUMPY effect- they MIGHT be good for really quick lane clipping... useless in circuits.. low profile wheels do not in any way affect tire print, or adherence ... or whatever... low profile merely means SHORTER SIDEWALLS... which only DECREASE reliability and INCREASE road noise. doesn't change tread, inner liner, or sipes... so it has ZERO bearing on any of the faculties that make a tire perform. for instance - i beg you take a look at formula 1 wheels... yeah thats right: HUGE SIDEWALL... super HIGH PROFILE TIRES. same for indy, same for ANY racing sport. true street illegal racing slicks are NEVER low profile. btw I said (MINUS WINTER) i believe this argument is settled.
