  1. Oh Trump is definitely another nutcase like George W Bush...
  2. We are living in a very precarious world today. People in US asked for change and they sure as hell got it. There were alot of factors playing the psyche of the average americans in choosing Trumps including immigration. It remains to be seen if the president elect who is now "the lord of the ring" can fulfill all those promises. And I am not just talking about building a wall and get the Mexican government to pay for it...
  3. Hmmm! Now there's a thought...
  4. Exactly right! And to that list I may add xenophobic
  5. At this rate there is a mass exodus of fellow americans running to their neighbouring country to the North....Never mind Trump....
  6. This is not far from truth... Trump's first day at the Oval Office after being elected President. First briefing to the President by CIA, Pentagon, FBI: Trump: We must destroy ISIS immediately. No delays. CIA: We cannot do that, sir. We created them along with Turkey, Saudi, Qatar and others. Trump: The Democrats created them. CIA: We created ISIS, sir. You need them or else you would lose funding from the natural gas lobby. Trump: Stop funding Pakistan. Let India deal with them. CIA: We can't do that. Trump: Why is that? CIA: India will cut Balochistan out of Pak. Trump: I don't care. CIA: India will have peace in Kashmir. They will stop buying our weapons. They will become a superpower. We have to fund Pakistan to keep India busy in Kashmir. Trump: But you have to destroy the Taliban. CIA: Sir, we can't do that. We created the Taliban to keep Russia in check during the 80s. Now they are keeping Pakistan busy and away from their nukes. Trump: We have to destroy terror sponsoring regimes in the Middle East. Let us start with the Saudis. Pentagon: Sir, we can't do that. We created those regimes because we wanted their oil. We can't have democracy there, otherwise their people will get that oil - and we cannot let their people own it. Trump: Then, let us invade Iran. Pentagon: We cannot do that either, sir. Trump: Why not? CIA: We are talking to them, sir. Trump: What? Why? CIA: We want our stealth drone back. If we attack them, Russia will obliterate us as they did to our buddy ISIS in Syria. Besides we need Iran to keep Israel in check. Trump: Then let us invade Iraq again. CIA: Sir, our friends (ISIS) are already occupying 1/3rd of Iraq. Trump: Why not the whole of Iraq? CIA: We need the Shi'ite gov't of Iraq to keep ISIS in check. Trump: I am banning Muslims from entering US. FBI: We can't do that. Trump: Why not? FBI: Then our own population will become fearless. Trump: I am deporting all illegal immigrants to south of the border. Border patrol: You can't do that, sir. Trump: Why not? Border patrol: If they're gone, who will build the wall? Trump: I am banning H1B visas. USCIS: You cannot do that. Trump: Why? Chief of staff: If you do so we'll have to outsource White House operations to Bangalore. Which is in India. Trump (sweating profusely by now): What the hell should I do as President??? CIA: Enjoy the White House, sir! We will take care of the rest!!!!
  7. In US and the rest of the western world people can 'hold' democracy walks without getting arrested by the Sultans.
  8. The demonstration is much better and more civilised compared to that totalitarian state called "Turkey". The treatment of Kurds and banning of their parties in Turkey in absolute sham...
  9. Turkey's treatment of their kurdish people is not as is portrayed by their media as is evident by these videos: The treatment of : http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=0b8_1358902672&comments=1&use_old_player=0 Why can the kurdish people not have freedom to speak their own language: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=e7e_1455573460&comments=1 This guy wants a genocide against Kurds: )Turkey already has a history of genocide against armenians) http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=e66_1452094785 Kurds in this bus are being attacked by stones in this video: Are they also terrorists!?!? http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=ed6_1441876128
  10. Thanks for clarification. My point of contention was and still remains with Bibi's policies and Israel's illegal settlements in occupied territories thereby depriving the palestinians of their own land... Ararbs equally have their fair share of blame but to denounce anyone (including yourself that constantlWho disagrees with you "anti-semitic" is disinginuous to say the least. Considering the mess in that region how do you propose a peace solution between Israel and Palestine without the US intervention? Also, It is easy to take the opportunistic approach and blame the arabs and terrorist organisations but you gotta admit that there has to be adjustments to the level of corruptions in you own government and foreign policies....
  11. I don't agree with your sentiment that the conflict between the Palestinians and Israelis has nothing to do with the issue of land. You say it has to do with greed. Today when I look at the the map of what used to be Palestine there is not much left of it....It has been taken from them gradually by the Israeli over time. IMO when you try to reduce the ownership of their land it does indeed play in the psyche of every Palestinian. To me the illegal expansion of settlements in occupied territories is greed and corruption has played every part in the politics.
  12. I would rather re-visit my history using a credible source than some wishy washy turkishpedia that is just a good receipe for turkish delight...I will suggest you do the same if you want to learn about history. 100% agree with the advise given to you by your mom and I would have said the same...That way I wouldn't have to waste my time teaching you about Persian civilization and the great things they did achieve... From the UK with love
  13. PKK is not my friend! Have not mentioned anything as such....
  14. Such drakonian measures have resulted to the fall of many nations. Do not mix the policies of your government with your nationalism sentiments. It is sure a receipe for disaster. Your apetite to expand the sunni version of islam in the middle east is evident by the responses you have given so far.... You are also assuming that the kurds will simply assimilate into the turkish society which is not the case. Only a look at the Diarbakir region in South Eastern Turkey will reveal the level of alienation that exists. The place has literally turned into ghetto, which is why the kurds have fought for their independence. On your note about Persia it is by far a greater civilisation than Turkey with significant influence in every aspect of your lives....It brought literature, sufism, poetry, philosophy, politics ans many other things. But let there be no mistake that a Turkey alone standing up to the West will crumble and implode. We saw the 'sick man in Europe' (Ottomans) fell apart...
  15. Here is some interesting facts about old civilisations: Can you cite where you get 8000 years history for Turkey? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Iran https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Achaemenid_Empire http://www.ancienthistorylists.com/ancient-civilizations/10-oldest-ancient-civilizations-ever-existed/ http://www.ancient.eu/Asia_Minor/ On another note...Annexing another country like Iraq as you have demonstrated in your map is not exactly the behaviour of a civilised country in modern world. What you are advocating is assimilation of kurdish identity into Turkish by depriving and increase your influence into middle east. I don't believe this is what the kurdish population want at large. So far PJAK and PKK camps whichever way you are looking at them have been quite successful to stand up to Iran and your country.
  16. Your double standards is staggering....it is bad for Western countries to invade Iraq or prominently northern Iraq (well known for its oil reserves ) but...it's ok for Turkey to invade on the basis of some historical claims to the land during the Ottoman era. Hmmm... The British had an empire that stretched across the continent. The Persians (much older civilisations than your country Turkey) had and empire that stretched from the far corners of India to Macedonia in the West and so did the Greeks and Romans. By this fallacy in your logic should all these great civilisations claim ownership to their colonies?? I wouldn't have thought so. If turkey was such a strong country it wouldn't have a problem to deal with PKK let alone take on the West. The demography of the population in Northern Iraq is made up of Kurds. They are not Shias nor do they have much inclination for Turkey and your government's policy. Furthermore, the Iraqi government have already expressed wishes against turkish interference.
  17. Regardless, claiming another country (northern Iraq as part of Turkey) on the map resonates with expansionist dreams...
  18. Israelis and Palestinians are both Semites. They are cousins. So in theory the Arab and their Israeli cousins should look after each other. btw, I think you meant to say Jordan. There's no such country as 'Jordon'... Religion plays a major role in the Jewish way of life not just Arabs.
  19. Pan-Turk-ism dreams mimicking again with the only difference that this time they have their eye on oil rich "mostly Kurdish populated" Mosul to wet their appetites...How disingenuous!
  20. The whole situation in Aleppo is orchestrated by the West. There's nothing new about this...as I already explained Syria is a key country interms of its strategic location and the interests of the world powers. This is indeed a dangerous game being played by the Russians, the US and Chinese... Spare me the humanitarian cause ...The US alone ordinarily wouldn't give a hoot about the plight of the Syrian people. It is all staged.... All the US is interested is the supply of oil from that region. With Hilary's nomination for presidency fairly imminent it will be the same old same old policies. Ideally, it would be best for the US to get the f~@k out of that region but we know very well that is unlikely....
  21. Clearly the tactics of the Americans vis a vis Syria hasn't worked. Years of failed foreign policies have backfired in that region... What do you suggest? As far as Israel is concerned do not be under any illusions. My stance hasn't changed in so far as the plight of Palestinians and continuous expansion of illegal settlements by the Israelis in the occupies territories ...No one wants to live in those conditions.
  22. It's more complex than that... Syria geopolitically is very important to US, Russia, China and Iran. They all have vested interest although different. Russia alone is the most technologically advanced country in the world. Do not underestimate them....IMO the Russian airforce supported by the Iranians on the ground have taken the right approach in Syria fighting the ISIS. Something that the US and the west have overlooked...
  23. Why do you feel so compelled to lie rue? Just like GH whom you have mentioned I have neve said anything about Goldstone report! I have noticed whenever you go under pressure to come up with a valid couner-argument you go on a ranting mode to name call everyone you disagree with as if by exposing them falsely will give you a validity in your argument...
  24. Having another islamic country in that region has set them back many years...This is not what Atatürk wanted who many turks admire to date. Mission accomplished...
  25. Explain to me rationally (if you can) why my claims are ridiculous without making this personal... I don't hate turks and never said anything as such...And please spare me the lecture on fear. You don't know me to judge me! I just don't agree with your view that kicking Americans/ Brits and Iranians out of the region as you stated above will solve anything. Iran afterall is already in the region so to kick them out of the region doesn't make any sense unless I have misunderstood what you were trying to say...
