It makes sense to me. Beliefs are important.

If you had a vote which you don't, who would you vote for to be the next president of the U.S. I'm just curious. I think Jesse Ventura the former Governor of Minnesota would be an excellent president. He is somewhere in between a republican and libertarian. I would say more of a libertarian. They need someone who will stand of for all of the citizens liberties. Someone who will shrink government and rid of the corruption in D.C. Someone who will end the wars and the fed. Someone who will follow their constitution. They need real change, not Obama change.

This is my perspective on god. I'll start of by saying I was born and raised Catholic, became an atheist and am now a pantheist. God isn't some sort of super being and god did not create us. God became us, God became everything, god is the universe. Jesus wasn't gods only son, everyone and everything is god. I know god is conscious because we are conscious, there may be a greater consciousness then ours. God is following your heart and not living in fear. God is all that is good and true. God is the voice of reason. God is love. God is not a myth and we are not just a species that has evolved over a long period of time, we are more then that, we are all connected as one through god. Personally I think religion is slavery. Religion may preach a good message but its foundation is based on lies. Just another way to control the population.

What plan for the upcoming inflation?

what makes you so sure you are correct. Their is a benefit to helping others without benefit to ones self, it's called love. And if we all worked together it would benefit us all. Society hasn't changed in hundreds of years, we live today as we did centuries ago. You're too much of a left brain thinker. There is more to life then what you can taste, touch, feel, see and hear. both wars were failures, millions died and no lesson was learned. I'm not saying technology is bad. Can you list 2 of these achievements. You know what I'm trying to say. -

I don't think evolution relies on competition in order for it to take place. I think becoming more conscious of you and your surrounding is what drives evolution. I don't think evolution ever stops either. You atheist? I'm neither atheist or religious, I'm pantheist. Grace would be the difference from right and wrong, listening to your heart and helping others just for the benefit of helping others. OK, but this is not the only way civilization can work nor is it the best. For society to be successful it needs to be open minded, this society isn't. We are polluting the air, the water, the earth. We rape it of its natural resources. This planet is our mother and home, we shouldn't be doing what we do to it. All just to save a couple bucks... I'm not saying you are as an individual but as a society we do. We are still primitive. world war one and two were both failures. The Iraq and Afghanistan wars are both failures. thousands dying each day from poverty, fail. I don't know how everyone turns a blind eye to this kind of stuff everyday. We would be far more prosperous if we all worked with each other as opposed to against each other. Say there is two teams playing hockey, how many goals would they get in a game, like 6 combined maybe. That is with the two teams competing. Say they worked together, how many goals would they get, maybe 600 because the goalies aren't gonna try and make saves. 6 or 600, which is better. It wouldn't make a very entertaining hockey game but that really isn't my point. If we all stopped competing and worked together we would be far more successful in reaching our goals. -

the rise of human beings, you mean the fall of human beings. We have fallen from grace a long time ago. Do you see what we do to each other and this planet. We rape and pillage. Competition also creates power and control over others. Our history should be proof of our mistake. Competition isn't good. -

Do you guys really not see the American government is corrupt. Its not a two headed one party system. The same people control both parties. Plutonomy : "Economic growth that is powered and consumed by the wealthiest upper class of society. Plutonomy refers to a society where the majority of the wealth is controlled by an ever-shrinking minority; as such, the economic growth of that society becomes dependent on the fortunes of that same wealthy minority". The war on drugs and the war on terror are just ways to induce fear into the population so they willingly give up some of their freedoms. It is no longer a republic. -

The only person you're competing with is yourself. Right now, society is set up so we compete against each other from different sectors across the board. Religion, the economy, military power, politics. What do we get from this, greed, wars, poverty, corruption. These aren't good things and we shouldn't be living with them. Competition isn't healthy. Competition is not needed for innovation. Little video of what life could be like. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXa6txFU-Lc -
Lets work on bringing democracy to America before we start worrying about Iraq

But you still should have the right to live life the way you wish, not the way the majority wishes. Yes you let them choose if they want to do drugs. If they are an addict, then are doing drugs whether or not it's legal, and so are millions of other people. Ya. Better then gangs selling to minors like they do now. At least if its legal the businesses will check for ID unlike many drug dealers now. Not to mention there wouldn't be a chance of the drug you buy being laced with another drug. It would be safer for the user. And if the subject of drugs are out in the open, people would be more willing to reach out for help if they find they need help. Let's end the gang problem already. We've invented some cool technologies, we've cure some disease but it's been thousands of years and we still haven't learned to care for each other.

That's crazy, liberties are all we have, they should be protected over anything else. Once a free and open society starts taking away liberties it is no longer a free and open society Sorry, i should of said late sixties early seventies, and I wasn't alive then, I'm alive now and I see what is going on now. Even if new "dangerous" street drugs come to be, they should still be legal. No one should be able to tell someone else what they can and can't do with there body. You can educate people on the dangers and offer help to addicts who seek help, that's pretty much it. The war on drugs isn't successful. It creates the gangs, we create this multi billion dollar underground market for the gangs to fight over. So all of us are stuck living with this on going problem of gangs and street violence, we then end up a little more Dependant on the government to protect us. They need our fear to control us. Well i guess you could say it is successful for the ruling minority. thanks. I'm not a complete anarchist, I do believe there is a role for government and it's role should be to protect our liberties. I know, we are all miniature societies. We act as we see society acts. Monkey see monkey do. In order for us to change we must change society. Society always be open minded and open hearted in order to succeed. Submit a solution and if it's good then perhaps the marketplace of ideas will make it work. Lyndon Johnson saw that the United States couldn't support segregation, so he pounded through the Civil Rights Act. MADD saw a problem with drunk driving decades ago, and they worked to raise awareness and got laws changed so that the behavior wouldn't be tolerated. Scientists have started noticing that the earth is warming, and we're now debating huge changes to our policies to mitigate these things. Don't be so negative. I am not trying to be negative, I am just trying to show the problems of society, we cannot turn our backs away to these problems forever. I'm trying to promote love and peace. MADD says drunk driving is bad, most people agree. I say there is a conspiracy, most people call me crazy. But I'll never fall as long as I stand for something.

I think if we really wish to have leaps and bounds in technology we must eliminate copyrights and patents. Let all our great minds work together on evolving ideas. Money doesn't always have to be our motivating factor. My view, Everything is made from energy. Matter is energy, it's particles are just slowed down to be perceptible by our scenes. We are all beings of energy formed by frequencies and vibrations. Everything in existence is the same creature, us and everything is god for everything is energy. Is this god/universe conscious, yes for we are conscious. Is there a greater conscious then ours, is the 4th dimension not greater then the 3rd. I believe as humans we already share a global consciousness. This is why fighting wars and poverty make no sense to me, we are only hurting ourselves. Love is the only logical way to live, we must work together, life isn't suppose to be a competition. It's time for us to come to our senses. -
Then I guess Thomas Jefferson is right. "A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%" It's a matter of freedom and liberty. The governments role is not to choose what liberties and freedoms we can have, their role is to protect all of our liberties. Life is yours, nobody should be telling you how to live it or what you can and can't do to your body. I'm not encouraging you to go and get high, but if you want to you should be allowed to. Look at the 60's-70's with the hippies, they didn't want war or government control, all they wanted was peace, freedom and love. The people in charge saw this and had to eliminate the threat to their power structure. That's why we now fight a War on Drugs. No government should have the power to tell you how to live your life. And yes it would eliminate the problem of gangs, they cannot operate if they don't have money. Unless we legalized it and they went legit then they would be fighting in the court rooms instead of the streets. It is still a group of people conspiring together against another group of people. Exactly. that is the conspiracy, the entire system is designed to work as it does. It was sold to us little by little over time by the people really in charge. Now we are here, where greed and corruption rule the world. We don't need to fight wars or have poverty, the system creates those problems and we act as if there is no solution to the problems. We act as if these problems are natural. We just need to change the system.

Is it OK to insult Islam in Canada?
maple_leafs182 replied to JerrySeinfeld's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Well if we want to stop making enemies we should not be insulting people or be fighting wars. -
They manipulate us and that is wrong, and not everything is done in front of cameras. They know how to solve these problems, I know how to solve these problems, they do not want the problems solved, they need us to fear so we look to them to help us. It has always been about controlling the population, not making life better for everyone. Look throughout history, has it not always been about controlling the population, from Pharaohs to The Fuhrer. To get rid of gangs all we have to do is legalize drugs across the bored. If gangs don't have product to sell, then they will cease to exist. I know people still bootleg cigarette and this will continue with other drugs bot no where near the scale it is now. True, but thats not my point, the system is broken. We never question the system we are born into, we really should.
-
I don't believe in reptilian or anything like that. You acknowledge that there are elites that control/manipulate the government to get what they want and that isn't a conspiracy? Is that not a big issue. And as for the carbon tax, this is my view. We pay Provincial tax, we pay Federal tax and the carbon tax would be the first World tax. What happens to a government when money starts raking in, it expands. World government. There are reasons why problems like poverty and gangs don't go away. The elite don't want those problems solved. They aren't unsolvable problems. They need us dependent on them. I'm pretty sure Allen was right, its 1 = 1 + A. The interest you get paid on for your savings is money the bank already owns. The interest on the loaned money however is new money created out of thin air. 1(The dollar loaned from the bank) = 1(the dollar payed back to the bank) + A(The interest, new money created out of thin air) Not to mention the dollar loaned from the bank was created out of thin air as well. Its an unbalanced equation There is not enough money in circulation to pay off the total amount of debt. We live in a system of perpetual debt.

The conspiracy is grand. In order to see it you must be a political atheist, don't believe anything any government tells you. Don't believe corporate news will tell you the full story. News channels do not report news, they create the news, there is a difference. The conspiracy is all about controlling the population, and they are doing a great job at it. This isn't freedom. How they control us, they keep us living in fear and they keep us trapped us in greed. We worry too much about our ego's. Who cares who has the biggest army or strongest economy in the world, this isn't a competition.
-
Eventually you will realize the conspiracies are more then just theories.

I'll disagree with you their, inflation will kill the US Dollar. It may even hyper inflate. -
All you have to know is the US dollar is going to going to collapse soon, maybe in a few years. The Fed controls the dollar, they are doing it on purpose, in front of billions. Can you guys really not see what is going on. That is why the Tea parties want to End the Fed.

Better off building your own computer. Yes, exactly. -Henry Kissinger It's just oligarchs trying to control the world.

think the stimulus might have something to do with that What do you think will happen when the stimulus is gone? The whole problem is America over consumes and under produces, nothing has changed. They aren't producing more goods. An economy that is based on %70 consumption cannot last forever.
