Legault was born in 1957. Putin in 1952. Both men were born after the most recent 30 year European war (1914-1945). IMHO, both men want to protect, make their societies, countries better, stronger. For most people, they are both leaders.

The first Catholic federal prime minister was John Thompson, a Conservative elected in the 1890s. Protestants crossed lines and voted for him.
