I don't think the Conservatives released their plans, it was a leak about their plans. The Conservative war room is in major despair over this becoming public.

The New Democrats and the Conservatives are tied at 9% each for support in Quebec according to the latest EKOS poll released yesterday. So Harper's plan to move Air Canada to Toronto, and scrap or minimize French is an attempt to divide and conquer. It is obvious Harper has written off Quebec and is trying to shore up support in ROC. Looks like politics of devisiveness, play one region against another. How sad.

Argus....the problem with that kind of right thinking, is that you are not taking into consideration the Canadian police, most Canadians, and most Quebeckers support the gun registration. Anyone who brought down the Conservatives over an attempt to abolish the gun registry would instsantly become Canadian and Quebec heroes.
