The House of Commons is not a hockey game. Anyway the more boorish behaviour on the part of any member will eventually discredit that person or party in the eyes of the voter. -
What is with this former leader of the party in Newfoundland and Labrador, Peter Fenwick? Does anyone know anything about him as he seems like a very bizarre individual to say the least?

Since when are we required to tolerate ridiculous behaviour? Stop wasting everyone's time here. Back up what you are talking about with specific details and links, and lose the inuendo and hyperbole. -
Nice try, but it will be one or the other.

BC Liberal party and its supporters are in a daze these days not knowing quite which way to turn. They were expecting a cakewalk re-election victory next May, and have been stunned by what happened in Surrey Panorama Ridge. Now it's a tossup who will win, the New Democrats sprouting a fresh new face with their new leader Carol James, or the Liberals and their old drunken stumblebum leader BC Premier Gordon Campbell. The Liberals are obviously desperate and their supporters under that kind of stress will say a lot of outlandish and off the wall comments.

PM Paul Martin's charm: Exclusion from Bush dinner angers backbench Liberals The NDP should begin to open up discussions with any centre or left-of-centre disgruntled Liberals.

Layton says rights breached by Commons hecklers I wonder what the speaker is going to do to try and have the House of Commons business conducted in an orderly manner. Do you think he is going to have to start turfing some of the more obnoxious members out on a regular basis until they learn some manners - where do they think they are anyways, the US? -

eureka....is Vermont the province, sorry state, that bans billboards on their highways? I have many wonderful youthful memories at North Hero on Lake Champlain. -
Big right wing money versus the ordinary people of BC - I'm looking forward to the campaign.

Bush's people decided for him not to address Parliament as they were worried about left wing hecklers based on information they rreceived from PM Martin's people. Don't you remeber all the comments about being polite to Bush in our supposedly unbiased mainstream press? Polite and unbiased my ass. The speaker really screwed up yesterday as he probably should have tossed out most of the Conservative caucus and some of the Liberals for their RUDENESS, /249 -
Choke....the Liberals just ran Mary Polak in the Surrey By-Election. Are you sure you live in BC?

These above folks are the same people that were so afraid of the left making rude comments during Bush's visit. What hypocritical bunch of low-life scum - their behaviour is both disgusting and pathetic. -

Bush asks for more help If Martin thinks he has problems with the immigration portfolio, I would imagine BMD is going to make those fence sitting splinters seem awfully painful by comparison. This missle defence issue has legs and both Le Bloc and the NDP are opposed to it. I have a hunch Martin's dreams of a quick election to obtain a majority government have just been trashed. -from Dec 1 Hansard: /200 -
What is with this attack on working people, ordinary Canadian citizens, that are members of a union, eh!

With the NDP moving more to the centre to represent ordinary BCers, Carole James stands a good chance of being elected premier next May.
