  1. Oh, those were the days when people actually thought that the Cons had a chance at a majority... LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  3. What about Casey and McHale?
  4. Objects of this size enter the Earth's atmosphere on a regular basis and create fireballs, however, according to all of the reports, this is the first time that an object was detected and plotted to enter the Earth's atmosphere.
  5. Figured as much. I'd say exploding close the the Earth's surface and causing widespread destruction constitutes impacting--probably caused more damage as a result.
  6. So is that the current politically correct term for male nurse? Nobody who has read any of your posts believes that you have any professional certification or specialized education...
  7. The nature of your answer implied something, and I in turn suggested that perhaps you should take a look at your own worldview.
  8. So you're saying that if I sit down and read Norse sagas and other writings about Northern European mythology that were written 800 years ago, I am by default a white supremacist? That's bigotry pure and simple.
  9. So basically anyone who is interested in, and studies, Northern European mythology is a Nazi? I think if you care to read a book you'd know that the Nazis had a tendancy of appropriating and warping aspects of pagan religion and Christianity to suit their Social Darwinistic/Nietzschian notions of race and racial superiority. Are you an evolutionist? Have you read Thus Spake Zarathustra? If you have, chances are that your worldview more closely resembles that of the Nazis that you think.
  10. The first detected asteroid to enter Earth's atmosphere, 2008 TC3, was detected on Oct. 6 and entered the Earth's atmosphere over Northern Africa the next day. Fortunately, it was only a metre or two in size and resulted in little more than a fireball. Objects of this size enter the Earth's atmosphere several times per year, but this serves as a reminder than Earth is always under threat of being impacted by larger objects such as those in Russia in 1908 and 1947. http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov/news/news159.html
  11. What does Germanic pagan religion have to do with wearing swastikas and white supremacy?
  12. Well, the sacred knowledge is passed down to those who have proven themselves worthy and have the required characteristics... I think you're reading into this too much...
  13. I'm not sure how this has anything to do with the Aryan people. The Germanic peoples descend from Odin, and that's just how it is. As for where Odin comes from... the sevret knowledge of the Germanic peoples is only revealed to a select few--and that means NOT you...
  14. Except for the Germanic peoples, who descend from Odin.
  15. Quote your sources; the second part doesn't come from the article, rather this website: http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/ciencia/..._genetica12.htm I'm curious what charter.rights' response to your post will be. As for Odin, that's how it has been passed down to us. It must be true.
  16. Well, looks like this isn't going to be an issue... Too bad guys, unless Dion suddenly decides to reveal that he admires Hitler and that he converses with his dearly departed mother (if she has passed, that is), then it looks like the best the Cons can do is pull off a slim minority government.
  17. Why not? There is no valid reason why a state should not be able to leave the union. People who want their state to be free and self-governing feel this way because they love their state, so leaving is an absurd proposition.
  18. Let's refrain from mudslinging. No, what you've done is "articulated" that there is no real process, because the Federal government would never agree to any such action since it would undermine authority. That means that states, or groups of peoples within the United States, are being denied their fundamental human right to self-determination. Listen, the concept of self-determination applies to a GROUP of people--if you had any understanding of the concept, you would not be making silly assertions bout individual-based nation states. The right to self-determination is considered a human right. No, you've only offered armed rebellion and the Federal government allowing it to happen. What I'm talking about is the right for a state to decide on its own, based on the will of its citizens, to remove itself from the United States.
  19. Such as? I think the Liberals are starting to pull themselves together, while the Conservatives are starting to unravel. My sentiments exactly when it comes to the Cons. Too bad the Cons are dropping in the polls to the Liberals gaining, so this should make for an interesting Oct. 14. The Liberals might even pull out a slim minority.
  20. Bravo, you know one of his more famous quotes. So what if some people hated him because of the Arrow, he had to do it because he had to appease the Americans who he disdained.
  21. Right, exactly, and you can't even admit the fact that states should have the ability to leav e the union and join confederation if they choose to. Just proving that the supposed legal ground for denying the right to self-determination is based on archaic laws. If I'm not qualified, then you certainly aren't qualified in your own right. But it looks to me like you're agreeing that there could be a legal basis then for states seceding without having to stage an armed rebellion. Now we're making progress.
  22. What? If for just a moment you could lose your strident Conservative bias and look at the Carbon Tax for what it really is, and then compare that with what Harper is saying about it, you'd realize that he's an outright liar. The Liberals are not going to tax "everything" and ruin the economy--even they aren't that stupid. The Carbon Tax is a system of tax that is being used effectively elsewhere to shift the economy away from polluting technologies by cutting personal and corporate taxes and shifting it to pollution. It's such a SIMPLE concept that even you should be able to understand it, and be able to realize that Harper's spin on it is completely wrong. The Liberals had a $12 billion surplus while the Conservatives have worked it down to $3.3 billion and we're probably now going into a deficit. The Conservative's record is not better.
  23. We're talking about the legal right to leave the union. Just checking. Doesn't change the fact that case law can't be challenged and changed. I think it's quite clear that the "United" States would never allow such a thing to happen. You've attempted to derail this discussion by avoiding admitting the validity of the right to self-determination. Once you've acknowledged that States have this right, then we can chat about the possibility of those states joining Confederation.
  24. That's pretty much how it would go regardless of who was PM. That's how politics works. He wanted this election knowing that he would have to take the blame for the economy once the doo-doo hits the fan--which it is now--and it would be easy to ride it out in a majority thanks to his (laughable) fixed-election-date sham (which he thought he had in the bag in early September) or even a minorty, which will last 2 to 2.5 years. Too bad for him, the doo-doo hit the fan sooner rather than later, and now he's dropping in the polls. Nobody believes him when he talks about the economy because they know that giving tax cuts to corporations doesn't change the fact that we are highly dependent upon the American economy thanks to Mulroney and we're in for a very rough ride...
