  1. Absolutely, Like al-Baghdadi you will stick to your guns and you will both claim he reflects the truth of Islam. You and Al-Baghdadi both brush off the authors of the Letter to Al-baghdadi as meaningless drivel from sophomoric minds. And no, Dog is not the problem with Islam since you are a non-believer and thus have no authority in Islam or even pretence to authority.
  2. DoP: and you asked in post #135 so I provided a link to some muslim scholarly types who explain what ISIS has wrong about their religion. I am not trying to convert you to anything. You asked a reasonable question; I provided a link to a reasonable answer. What more do you want?
  3. I suspect that you only read the summary on the very first page of the letter. The following pages (you can 'turn' the page by clicking on the right-pointing arrow icon on the upper left of the screen) are the writers proofs with quotes from the Quran.
  4. i thought that was the whole point of Capitalism: Everybody can have everything! Its a wonderful system.
  5. The assumption in Taxme's concern was that the Canadian medical system cannot perform both at the same time. A heart attack will require rescheduling the minor surgery. I agree that assumption is bunk, but I was using his own assumption to make the point that if indeed minor surgery need be put off to deal with heart attacks, doing so is good and proper.
  6. This is where me an you differ. I don't give a damn if the heart-attack victim is a canadian tax-payer or not. Everyone gets medical attention when they need it. Heart attacks take precedence over minor surgery. If that means the folks that would be carrying out the minor surgery are instead re-tasked to take care of a heat-attack victim, then thats a good thing and not something to whine about. Thanks, I appreciate it.
  7. so its not the immigrants that are screwing us Caucasians its the politicians that are doing so. I agree with that. My union experiences revealed a common thing about people: Its so much easier blaming co-workers for things that are managements responsibility. People are loath to blame those in power and instead point their fingers at the powerless. I don't believe a word of that. the Long Waiting Line isn't because of all the immigrants butting in ahead of me. They are few and far between in those line-ups. Lots of money is blown clothing and feed ing immigrants too. Thats a good thing in my books. Money well spent. But you seem to think that those funds were taken from some other departments budget and therefore those other departments have less to spend on Canadians. That is false.
  8. Thats true. Innocent people have been falsely imprisoned to their great detriment. We can be sure that there are some at this very moment who are incarcerated falsely. And you are correct that such a state of affairs is accepted. Its accepted, I'm guessing, because our society is so used to incarcerating law-breakers that we cannot imagine how else to deal with law-breakers. So we accept the system knowing full well that many will be unjustly caught up in the justice machinery. However, knowing that the system is fuckedup enough to incarcerate the innocent, society cooks up all sorts of means and methods to hopefully allow those false incarcerations to come to light and restitution to the poor suckers made. With death sentences there can be no restitution or fixing.
  9. My attitude is not denying anybody anything. My attitude is give them whatever they need and generously in copious amounts. Please do explain how immigrants are inhibiting that.
  10. Sure people are accidentally killed all the time despite efforts to not kill them. No death sentence execution is accidental.
  11. So you have nothing to say they were muslims. You have nothing to say that the crimes were committed because they were muslims. In fact you have sweet dick-all.
  12. Whats being discussed here is the policy of actually deliberately and with great purpose endeavouring to kill a particular person. There is no accident or mistake and the target is not collateral damage.
  13. Yumpin Yimminy, what a load of shite. Poor white veterans/kids/seniors-and-everybody-else-white! Immigrants are taking all their things! They don't have things because of immigrants who mostly take and not give. Immigrants will use the health care system and therefore whites will be refused things. What exactly we have no idea its all pretty vague just that our whiteness is threatened somehow. Hate mongering! Thats all you got.
  14. apparently such a determination is done by asking many indirect questions. Certainly never up front, direct questions. There is also the other problem that official 'Canadian' values would have to be kept secret and not advertised for fear of the immigrant merely answering by rote.
  15. I believe in God - Honestly! ... God needs no defending. She's a effing God! She can defend herself should she feel the need.
  16. I went through the immigration point allocation system just to see if I would qualify. It was a squeaker but only if I had a job offer. I do want to note that the immigration point system had nuthin about wether my values matched Canadian values in any way shape or form!
  17. Muslims beheading apostates in Iraq. The Caliphate says the prisoner is an apostate because they are fighting against the Caliphate - that makes them apostates. Yet the unfortunate executed are Muslim and have not renounced their religion. They are apostates because the honcho's in Isis declared them enemies of the Caliphate. Altai makes a good point, I think.
  18. Argus: The ease of being a Fanatic. All thats needed is checking a box on a poll....or, more probably, somebody else checked a box on a poll. Governments need now to react to box checking; Policies need changing dammit
  19. I suspect that what you define as intolerable would be very different then my definition. So yes I would not tolerate the intolerable. But argus wants me to not tolerate the tolerable. Thats where our differences lie.
  20. Thank you for posting this, Topaz. A hard draw after such a long time together.
  21. Argus, it is you that is expressing intolerance. I, on the other hand, have expressed tolerance. Do you see how this particular Western value of tolerance is not embraced by you? Particularly towards Muslims? I, the raving progressive, advise toleration. You, the supposed standard of Canadian values, seek to convince Canadians to be intolerant Bullshit. Terrorist acts are the fault of the terrorists committing the act. Such criminals should be brought to justice. Every progressive you care to name agrees with that. Of course you get all frothy that progressives - like me - refuse to condemn those who are not terrorist murdering scum.
