Zekes Exempt From Motor Cycle Helmet Law
Borg replied to rbacon's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
All "those people" - who serve in their army, navy and air forces - wear a hard hat / helmet of some type - including attached breathing equipment. Their military is very professional and accepts "devout" members. This is nothing more than an excuse. Therefore not only do I not support this schitzen disturber - who in my eyes is nothing more than an ass who wants his own way at any cost - who came here and IS NOT willing to live by our laws - but I condemn stupid, weak kneed canuckleheads for not standing up and demanding laws be obeyed. Just another hole in the wall that will someday come tumbling down because canada does not stand for anything other than "giving in" and disguises it as tolerance. Canada is weak and will not be a great place for much longer. Thanks to liberal barstards. Borg -
Do you think there will be a federal election this spring?
Borg replied to windyman's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
I wish you had also put in the poll: Do you care? Elections come and elections go - but political BS goes on forever. Borg -
Wait for it. Tensions are growing and it will not be so nice in arrogant, such a peaceful country, canada land. I love the "we are so good" attitude. Look at Europe and look at us - the tensions are bad there and will grow worse. Those tensions are coming here. We will see some bad things happen here - and it will likely be within my lifetime. Close the borders to those who do not speak the language, require training to work, require medical help, carry diseases such as aids, cannot support themselves, etc. You will see an entire different class and type of people arrive here. Oh, wait a minute - that would make me a racist right winger - even though I did not mention race or colour. Many who read this will read it into the writing though. Perhaps that is telling in itself. Show up without a passport or a visa or a sponsor you do not get in - period. Holding cell for you until we can dump your cheating, lying, crooked ass back in the last country you sailed from, or took off from. Borg

I travel - way too much. I hate it. I know airport security has holes in it as big as a 747. But security has run amuck. And most pax figure they are safe. Smoke and mirrors. If only they truly knew. Deal with it like we all do. Sheep like attitude and do not growl at the handlers - or you get the real special treatment. Nothing like a minimum wage kid telling you how dangerous that "stuff" is. Just make them put on a new pair of gloves before they touch you or your kit. You just never know what those hands have been in contact with. If you want to take an aircraft down - just ship a box from point A to Point B - with whatever agent you want inside it for effect - more than 95% is never inspected. "Trusted shippers" rules in effect. No trusted "frequent fliers" though. Yet I as a pilot need to be patted down in event I want to hijack my own aircraft. It used to be armed 100% of the time with 575 rounds of 20 mm and had only one seat - yet Toronto, Vancouver and so on - security insisted I be searched. I could have strafed the hell out of the city but they really got upset at me carrying a 9 mm and a couple of knives. Who was I going to hurt? Me? Then it was an aircraft carrying more than 100 military pax. Imagine trying to hijack your airplane full of Spec Forces guys. Go figure. It does NOT have to make sense. It is government policy. Always look for the line with good looking security gals....... And deal with it. I believe strongly in profiling. Why pull over a granny in a wheel chair with her six year old grandkid along - when right behind her is the exact example of what caused this shitty uproar in the first place. "Mrs. Granny, please come with me for a closer inspection." Mohammed, the dick head who started this uproar, gets told to enjoy his flight. I wonder on a ratio basis - how many Grannies compared to Mohammeds have caused a problem either real, perceived or fatal on an aircraft? Just talking this subject gets me growly - no wonder folks hate airport security. Borg

The Human Rights Act doesn’t apply to Natives
Borg replied to scribblet's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Actually, it does apply - but only when it is to their advantage. Borg -
Perhaps you would be of a different opinion if you and your family lived under his rule. I always figured it was very telling when people were willing to die crossing the fences that leaders built to KEEP PEOPLE FROM LEAVING their country. Or perhaps you are trolling. Borg

It is not a justice system - it is a legal system. And depsite the arrogance of those within the system who say the common people do not understand law - for justice to be done, it must be seen to be done. This did not happen here. There is little to no recourse for the average little person to turn ludicrious decisions into something that would at leaast appear to make sense. It has always been my opinion a judge should have a board review at least once every two years to see if they are to be considered competent. I am sure those with legal experience will take a deep breathe and state that idea is so full of schitte as to be discarded. But for a judge to be awarded a "cash for life" position and no recourse is also ludicrous. However, legal precedent has now been set and this will be used again and again as a defence in future similar situations. No wonder the average person has so little faith in the legal system. This judge should be taken out and publicly spanked for this decision. Borg

The question was: When the Boomers are Dead?, What then? The answer is: The world will carry on and problems will be created and solved by other generations. Pretty simple really. Borg

Job? Sober second thought? Nope - bunch of money grubbing - cash for life appointees who give a damn about anything other than playing games. Elect them or boot them - at present they are not accountable to anyone. Borg

Tsk, tsk - someone will find a way to turn that around on you - perhaps even manage to drag the word racist into the description. So, let me start. Bad! Bad! Drea is very bad! Common sense is No Good! I will keep the racism out of it. Borg

Stormfront White Nationalist jailed report

Agree Borg -
First and foremost - this is a U.S. of A. problem. It is illegal to do this in Canada. If it were to happen in Canada, it would cause the facility to be shut down and the owners fined / jailed. The readers need to know this, as it can easily become misconstrued as common North American slaughter house policy. Secondly - what happens in the U.S. of A. is not our problem. As much as I disagree with this practise we have no control what a foreign nation does to its people. I might add that in my opinion we use our "superior moral" values as a way to interfere in others lives far too often. You can be sure that the average U.S. of A. rancher and farmer does not approve of this kill practise either. It is dollar driven. As for cruelty - the fact that the horse lovers have successfully cancelled horse slaughter in the U.S. of A. means the vast majority that are shipped - go to Mexico. There they are killed in many slaughter facilities by stabbing them in the spinal column. I have very little time for the Humane Society of the U.S. of A. or for Canada. They manage to create a problem and then profit from it. Rabid anti-hunter programs and money to politicians promoting so called humane solutions. Borg

Yeah, I have to admit you gave me the laugh of the day. I am not so sure you have thoughts - but I will respond. You need to look in the mirror - personal responsibility seems to be lacking. You are too funny. Can't take you seriously - gotta' be a new fisherman trolling for suckers - or is it perhaps bottom feeding? Borg

Is Elizabeth May a future Prime Minister?
Borg replied to windyman's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Not surprizing. The kids are not out working - they are supported by Mom and Dad's dollars. Tunes very often change when they actually have to work for a living. Try paying the rent when you have another high percentage "green" tax added to your salary. And lets see how happy that wage earner is when that money goes to another country to support some supposed green initiative that will never benefit your over taxed wallet directly. Cash for life to another country - for nothing in return? I suspect they will change their tune. Just another green media "not so hidden" agenda. Borg -
My tin boxes do not do well in a town. Without them, there is a lot of stuff - meat, veggies and so on that do not get transported. However I would be glad to live in town if you can come up with a way to get me from town and back - otherwise there will be a sizeable pile of goods that will not go anywhere but the dump. Borg

China reluctant to invest in Alberta

Good - they are not trustworthy at the best of times. Size of country has in their case equated to size of ego. Stay home - someone else can and will buy our oil and invest in Alberta. Borg -

After years of Liberal and Conservative mismanagement
Borg replied to windyman's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Despite my lack of love for the liberals and my B+ grade for the "other team" - I have to hope that those darned canuckleheaded voters have at least a pea sized brain and will keep the ndp'ers out of anything other than a token opposition. Taliban Jack and his ilk? Gimme a break. Please dear God keep them in Hog Town (land of insanity, gangs and drugs) with their limp wristed whining friends and let folks with a realistic vision run the country. Borg
