I am not sure. What happens when you attempt to do so? What do you see on your screen? Go to your member profile page. In the bottom left corner of the banner, there should be an image icon. Hover your cursor over it and you should see the words Profile Photo appear. Click on it and fill in the blanks. I think you need to have javascripting activated.
