The North American school model is by far too easy and liberal - students can go through high school and university and still be uneducated.

the kids nowadays are never punished for anything though, I mean they can lie and its A) ok, engage in sex and its cool etc. etc. They have no standard, and lack moral for themselves, the teens need to concentrate on school and exercise their brain

There are defined exempt and a sector as special as the pipeline business if Canadians cannot be found, and the labor market is not adversely effected for this occupational type and if certain requirements are bona fide for that occupation, yes foreign workers (non-Canadians) can work in Canada. There are international aggreements for temporary appointments and hence 1) some jobs do not require authorization and also validation 2) some jobs fall under the free trade act

Unwanted Pregnancies Rise for Poor Women in U.S.
RB replied to Black Dog's topic in Moral & Ethical Issues
Women were always punished for being sexually active. I feel as if sex is treated as a commodity that only the rich can afford, means also they are not punished as in unwanted pregnancies, they don't feel morally impugned and are somehow justified in their participation in sex. Wealth is the key and unless women can access the same they have an unfair advantage in the marketplace. Look this is no propaganda now, if I were to look at the relations again between the male and female. The female it seems come very "cheap" because of the unequal bargaining positions (the food, cloth, shelter bit that males provide) also termed control, domination and access. Following though with this line of thinking women are kept poor and will do anything including this so called promiscuous behavior to get their basic necessities. Imagine if we have a whole lot of parade of cheap pussies around, the market becomes so saturated with women, they finally just exist and now they will do just about anything to trade. The result, the poorest of women bears the burden. In a sysnopsis, poor women really survive on cheap, or free sex and cannot invalidate their unwanted pregnancy that’s what this thread is about. Secondly, noticeably, there is a rise in deviant sexual behavior, a deviation from man-woman sex. We are cutting back on spending for control for these poor people and operating a society as a free marketer. What I mean is, because of the lack of support to women and poor black women this society is churning out gays, lesbians and masturbation in the plenty. I suppose I will get the encouragement of society if I call for such trendy habits as abstinence from a healthy heterosexual relations and a closet revelations. I am not sure that coming out of the closet is built in genes but had a direct correlation in the change in government and their policies. -
Unwanted Pregnancies Rise for Poor Women in U.S.

I think "white" don't have children is the result of legalisation of abortion the same reason why crimes are also reduced. If the blacks can also access some wealth to cope with abortion perphaps you can see some sophisticated filtered system -
The Brits have much more leisure time than the busy North Americans, plus they have much more time to socialise with their friends, neighbors, have drinks and good laughs, and their work day ends at 5 pm means all malls, and stores closed. Folks have much more time to cook a good meal for their families. If I am not deterred, as I haven't completely made up my mind, but I am looking to go live there for a couple of years or so in the near future.

Well, I don't believe women can compete effectively at men's strength and their power - "gasp", however females have started their conspiracy to bring the level of men down to be equal with women. Why only today I overheard a little kid say to his dad "mom always takes me to the girls washroom, why didn't I go into the girls washroom dad"?, well the dad replied when you are with mom she takes you to the girls washroom, dad can only take you to the boys washroom. If you are thinking that 65% of divorce rates are going to occur, imagine what will happen to the distraught males - they will become very feminize.

I saw this article NY Metro, Up With Grups and wanted to put it out for discussion. Generation gap, no more. I mean people are staying younger longer. If you look around you, it is hard to distinguish a 35 or 40 year old from a 25 year old. They are all carrying their ipods, shop at the same stores, making the same fashion statement and doing the same things, talk, act and mirror the 20 year old.

I was horrified when my kid said about a month ago that she had tickets to see Panic at the Disco at The Docks. The Docks is a nightclub also. But, I went along with the kids to the concert. It was suppose to be this "underground" band and hard to come by tickets, oh the pressure for kids. Anyway, I like to hang out with my kid and her friends, and I do take them out and around. Plus, it helps when the kids also want you to be around them. I say to my kid if you would like to go somewhere, her dad and I need to know, if I can afford it, and we agree, the rule is an adult tags along - sorry, the kid is still a child. I don't hear of complains from her or the friends. Friday nights are movie nights for the lot of kids and a parent is always around, and we have fun Saturday in Karaoke twice a month which everyone looks forward for besides other things stuff for the kids, none of it includes clubs - the kids have a dance mat that turns out to be much more exercising than anything, and the poor darlings walk around with air mattresses hoping it turns out to be a sleepover. I think the kids are influence much more by what is on TV, the music targeting kids, markets targeting kids, and sexy clothes make for kids etc. I mean the girls are not even thinking boyfriend but buying sexy clothes and sex bracelets. Apparently there are these color bracelets and identifiable pink for kiss, lap dance, blowjob etc. This culture is growing up our kids really fast and parents I feel have a responsibility and need to draw a line on those boundaries. Yesterday, the TV news showed the police on their high horses patrolling a nightclub in Toronto while the folks dancing inside left little to the imagination with regards to sex. Well, least to say I was shocked and still have not recovered as to what really goes on in the nightclubs. I think morals of the world has decayed, and it does not help when the parents themselves are unstable, greater than 45% of them separated or divorce by the time the kid reaches tweenage includes myself. Plus the guilty conscience parents are incline to give-in to the kids, give them money, no direction and resources in abundance, and let the kid be. Every parent wishes their child to have what they were denied as a child. I wish commonsense to prevail when it comes to kids. I find kids like guidance, schedules, routine and rules, discipline, and they misbehave and rebel if they are neglected.

What I post should not be taken seriously and so I prefer to post anonymously. Well, apparently, my motives currently, are packed of extreme views. I think writing freely about certain sensitive issues can easily get spilled and translate into forming and denouncing a person, notwithstanding the headaches of responsibility for what you write. I mean even the newspapers censor their writers. For this reason if I were to choose reveal my real initial RB, my writing would certainly change and become more constrain to reflect views I would like to portray as me. Basically, the politically correct way to write. I believe what you write under your revealed identity could very well easily expand into your public sphere and invade private lives and create havoc of "Avoidances Revealed" Posting anonymous allow folks to be removed from accountability plus it facilitates any perceived wrong that they might incorporate into their exaggeration. I think posting anonymous dishonors any writing, and should never be taken seriously and is analogous to an anonymous phone call. So I don't usually worry at all when I write on the forum. I mean the penalty is banning and you are simply told don't show up again. You can always use personal messenger function if you would like to reveal your identity to others and I have NOT done this for the time I am here.

Technology has made it possible for women to suppress those periods for months, but the usual tampon are what they use. There is a natural way a woman body function, they find their solutions and they adopt and head out to battle. I hope there comes a time soon when women are not judged based on men's effort, stereotyping and men's successes but encouraged to reach heights and do their best at whatever they set off to do.

The housing prices are terribly inflated. I mean this is the same house you've been in all the while and now all of a sudden its a million bucks. I am going to sell before this market sudden collapse because thats where its heading.

Usually the projects at school allows you to explore issues all by yourself and to be reminded that learning takes place. If I were to answer your paper it wouldn't help you in the least. But I am an expert in all aspects of labor and employment and depending on the level of your research I can just guide you. If you are in Ontario, the Human Rights code prohibits workplace harassment in employment. Here are some cases you can look at: Janzen v. Platy Enterprises Ltd Sometimes people are unaware of harassment, thinking they are being friendly, usually more that one incident is enough sustain a complaint There must be some standard for establishing what constitute harassment, and employers need to enforce polices however they promote awareness Shaw v. Levac Supply Ltd Comments were not sexual in nature but imply this hope this is a helpful

My whole point was referring to Argus, who seems to believe that Canadians actually have a national identity and culture, to which he thinks that all immigrants should be forced into. I remember the flicker of sadness and anticipation at the smell of a chill autumn breeze at night.... We were Canadians, with an amazing degree of confidence in ourselves and our country, and that was all the world that really mattered to us Well done Argus - I also believe that immigrants can only strive and become successful if they assimilated into a Canadian culture. At first year university they told us about much love and that people need to go back to their roots and find their identity otherwise they are disconnected from themselves. I think that if you go searching elsewhere for identity, practice your own culture or try to deviate from mainstream it is very difficult to be an "immigrant" in Canada. I believe that immigrants need to come to Canada with an attitude of being proud Canadians and adapt to what Canada means to them prior to their arrival. It means making themselves at home in a land of hope, boundless opportunities, being peaceful people, and adpot to a system that leads the way by advancement of civilization. I meant folks should get with the program of stuff that is already working.

Comparing the winter Olympics to the summer ones is like comparing regular ground beef to filet mignon. WAKE UP!! Could it be there is a vast difference in age groups between the two Olympics. Its just an observation but a lot of "old" folks participated in the Winter games. In the summer games you peak in the twenties and thats it dude, you simply have no steam for competition thereafter and have to retire from the games

Look, the fundamental question I wanted answered and what I don't get is how come folks that are merely getting by financially are having more kids than those that are financially secure?

I think you don't hear much from Muslim women because of a cultural reason, not for religious reasons plus we would like to encourage legislation for equal this and that, but still, women experience their struggles how many plays are written by women = 5%, 20%, imagine now how many of those are Muslim women, some profession are still not considered a choice by the Muslim women, it is just not proper Same with Hollywood, I not sure the Muslim culture is ready for the those kinds of free liberties practiced in the Hollywood

"The 2006 Winter Games aren't the box office smash they were supposed to be. Through Wednesday, 890,000 tickets were sold. TOROC officials originally forecast 1.5 million spectators, then downgraded the goal to 1 million a year ago and had only sold 500,000 by last fall. TOROC hopes 10 Euro tickets to Sunday's cross-country finale will offer a big boost to the bottom line" You think the Vancouver theme "come play with us" plus our first nation flare gonna give us international visitors
