Likelihood to reoffend is a common factor in determining bail. You used to argue for the incarceration of people for possessing a plant, so your crocodile tears aren't very compelling.

I have no tears.

I did not argue for no bail for any pot plant ownership, and it’s not about me and what I said several years ago.

Quite honestly it’s sad to see that you can’t reason together with a person on a given topic, but only look to troll them 100% of the time.  

It's hard to reason with someone who believed the mypillow guy. What's the point of trying? You believed the mypillow guy.
