My turn ta LMAO Fascism and racism are both ideologies that promote discrimination and oppression of certain groups Fascism is a political ideology tht emphasizes authoritarianism, nationalism and the suppression of individual rights. Racism is a belief system that asserts the superiority of one race over others. They say awareness is the first step in taking back control?

Carney enjoys an approval rating of around 70 percent. Slightly more than Poilievre's disapproval rating. Could be that Carney's new majority might be akin to herding cats. Arguably there is no loyalty.

Who will control the World's Oil?
John Stone replied to Goober National's topic in The Rest of the World
Power rules the world, always has ............... in a democracy it's nice to control the court for endorsement of action ...... that would be the U.N. .......... in an autocracy this isn't a great concern necessarily. -
The U.S. is more Nationalist than Canada. Politically, this makes the U.S. more vulnerable to populist ideology. Populist politics appeal to the grievances and frustrations of the general population. The rhetoric focuses on being champions of the nation's true values and identity - by default these sentiments can resonate with nationalists Fascist ideology is promoted thru populist and nationalistic rhetoric. Both populist and nationalist ideology are a political response to perceived threats to national identity and sovereignty. Poilievre is seen (increasingly) as a populist .......... but without the 'heat' of what is seen in the US. That said, the perception is likely?? hurting him in realty.

Epstein's client network was extensive and involved influential individuals across various sectors finance, politics, entertainment, politics, elite social circles and institutions. It is not a stretch to believe his contacts allowed him to leverage his influence in pursuit of illicit activities which no doubt included sex trafficking. It is reported that his contact list included over 1700 contacts. However, every business man has a 'contact' list It is strongly suspected that Epstein was in the business of........... coercion, sex trafficking, espionage .. These illicit activities were his Aegis ....... How unlikely would it be for him to have lists labelled sex trafficking, coercion, espionage. All that said, there is only one person who could really cast light on the 'business' that person is Ghislaine Maxwell Thank God she's in Super Max! She's not?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? It has been rumored Ghislaine has a weak heart ............. others argue she has no heart.

Racism ……… discrimination ……… this is far more recent dealing with children? The Canadian Indian residential school system was a network of boarding schools for Indigenous peoples, funded by the Canadian government’s Department of Indian Affairs and administered by various Christian churches. The system was created as a civilizing mission to isolate indigenous children from their culture and religion to assimilate them into Euro-Canadian culture (cultural genocide). The last federally funded residential school closed in 1977, with schools operating across most provinces and territories. Over the course of the system’s more than 160-year history, around 150,000 children were placed in residential schools nationally. The system caused significant harm to indigenous children by removing them FROM THEIR FAMILIES (aka the Scoops) and cultures, leading to cases of physical and sexual abuse, and forcing them to assimilate to Euro-Canadian culture, losing their Indigenous identities. Efforts have been ongoing to identify unmarked graves at former school sites. OH, Canada.

Indeed. Gingrich’s revolution rewired the circuitry of American politics – he saw the potential in his strategy. His anti-government messaging transformed congressional procedure into a weapon, discarding the norms of collegiality, deliberation, and institutional restraint that once underpinned legislative life. Although Gingrich was the father of a new, combative political strategy, it is Trump who perfected the technique through personal magnetism, divisive rhetoric and populist ideology. Trump saw the U.S. as an apple ripe for the picking, and he was correct – he picked it twice. Whether American governance can recover from this transformation remains uncertain (doubtful). A simple election will not reverse the changes in institutions that have been implemented by the Trump administration – Judicial, fiancé, oversight, health, Department of War (ha-ha), FBI, DOJ, Fed?. Let’s just say the changes introduced by this Administration weren’t based on meritocracy ………. far from it. The stench of corruption, grift, oligarchy is strong with this one. The changes are enough to make the toad, Mitch McConnel blush.🤪

Fairly safe to say that those that subscribe to MAGA are not objective in their critique. Haha. Akin to any cult they have a fused identity – which is crucial to their group dynamics and motivations. Self-righteous, MAGA members believe themselves true patriots and self righteous, vigorously opposing any perceived threats to their identity. MAGA members have a very strong bent for authoritarianism, with group loyalty being far more important than individual expression that is contrary to MAGA’s opinion, – any critique or objective opinion contrary to MAGA is viewed as Left, non-American, traitorous. MAGA leaders are extremely manipulative with rhetoric, invoking divisive issues that promote strong emotion within the group with the real target being outside - the non-aligned audience? The MAGA movement has been classified as fascist - those that know anything about history would likely draw a parallel.

Throughout the Cold War (1945-91) NATO's purpose was to deter and counter Russia and it's satellite countries which together made up the Warsaw Pact. Although Article 5 has only been invoked once, following 9/11, there has been occasion where arguably, the mere existence of NATO had the intimidating effect of preventing an all-out nuke exchange between the 2 superpowers of the time. (Cuban Missile Crisis, 1962) NATO was designed for defending North America, Europe and Turkey and article 5 is invoked with any attack against member countries within those continents. (Bosnia notwithstanding - UN) With the collapse of the USSR (Warsaw Pact) and the resulting much diminished Russia (nukes notwithstanding) has the need for NATO been removed? There is no question, that today, Europe, with it's combined economies, could not put on it's big girl panties (gear up) and deter any Russian aggression - Russia is only a ghost of what it was during the Cold War - it could be argued that it is not even a global power, look ma .................. no money, dated equipment, low morale, poor leadership. ideological malaise. NATO on the other hand is a global power in every calculus - money, equipment, allies, bases, training, influence, political clout, etc. Who does NATO benefit, today? Could NATO be a deterring effect in the future as it has in the past?

............. he was a sock-puppet ......... the political machine convinced him that he should go for a second bite - it was a conspiracy - the Left thought it would be a slam dunk against Trump - he could resign and Harris would assume the mantle. When Biden's backers was convinced he was a losing gambit a primary could still have been held - Harris would have lost (the primary)....... Trump would have lost as well. Trump was facing an existential threat in 2024 - the stakes were HUGE for Trump - he was facing jail time. (Dem pardon notwithstanding) The guy, his family and those surrounding him are corrupt to a degree that makes a political hack blush. The so-called cabinet are positively scary with their incompetence and the degree to which they kiss the ring. They are a national embarrassment .................. but they are rich and don't care. I figure the only way for the GOP to regain their backbone is to be in opposition - House, Senate and Executive. How ironic, Left-(tard) ideology being the saviour of what once was a proud party. -

............ but u do .................a farm is a business ......... the key to a successful business is to reduce overhead. On a farm a huge expense per acre is fertilizer. Crops exhaust the soil .......... even if the domestic product (fert) could be produced it would be very expensive to fill demand. Farmers ARE going to hurt this year. ......... planting season begins - 3 wks ago?
