  1. The American population would disagree with you - start with the price of fuel A Tariff is a tax on consumers? Domestic consumers? It generates counter-tariffs, US exports get more expensive and/or are reduced. By extension it raises inflation. Inflation is bad, bad, BAD! Trump introduced broad based Tariffs as a form of intimidation The World ain't buying ............. literally.
  2. def agree that faith can be good for an individual(s) .................. x10 in times of tragedy or great suffering. I was not raised that way ......... but I have seen the restorative effect of having, discovering faith.
  3. haha - Fertilizer (nutrients) are dependant on Hormuz - could be a disastrous harvest this year - more the pity.
  4. ........... do ur homework .......... its as obvious as the nose on ur face Good question ........... as much as I respect Israel they are a regional power, no oil, cold war is over, no strategic value? The US is (was) a global power? Ukraine has far more to offer strategically than Israel. But that's Trump - not talking to, but listening to Bibi or Putin, or Xi.
  5. Trump is killing the golden goose (tariffs) ............. the U.S. share of global commerce. The U.S. economy is based on consumerism (domestic purchasing) - not manufacturing - never to return - too expensive.
  6. yeah, the U.S. economy is in the crapper for sure. 😄 As of 2025 the U.S.. GDP is around 34 trillion bucks ................... by FAR the largest in the WORLD!
  7. On the other hand an iceberg (expanse) has more than a modicum of geo-defense. No question the U.S. is the breadbasket of the World .............farmers applaud($$)........... providing they can get fertilizer.
  8. haha That u Donald? The U.S. is without a doubt the strongest economy on earth .... for now......... but someone is nutz to buttz. The economy of the U.S. was built on global commerce, by extension freedom of the seas - global stability? How odd Trump doesn't seem to realize that?
  9. Rollover, Petrodollar - good while it lasted but it is on the decline - make way for the Petro-yuan - forecast to become the new global reserve currency.
  10. Supposedly the USN is going to blockade the north/south approaches to the Strait. Not sure how that will play with China - they tried that with Cuba and Russian tankers gave them the finger. Risky political play if the adults force the issue. The priority needs to be the Strait ............ it calls for an immediate remedy. The nuke thing? Negotiation.
  11. On the contrary ........... any comment re: racism, discrimination could be considered a segue to a broader discussion. Some might accuse South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott of being an Uncle Tom, disregarding what the majority of blacks perceive as true to further his political career. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sixty-four percent of Americans believe racism against Black people is widespread in the U.S. This figure ties with the previous reading, in 2021, as the highest recorded in Gallup’s periodic measurements since 2008. Non-Hispanic Black adults continue to be the most likely to say such racism is prevalent in the country, with 83% expressing this view. / Aug 2025 True or not, perception is reality. It's pretty glaring when the actions of the C-in-C are so obviously, racist?
  12. "America is not a racist country," / South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott The United States National Park Service had begun scrubbing information from its exhibits about Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad; one of the most significant stories of resistance against chattel slavery in the United States. The move would have destroyed knowledge about how oppressed people in the United States have successfully fought for freedom. The erasure at the Park Service follows President Donald J. Trump’s recent executive order targeting the National Museum of African American History and Culture for being “divisive.” ............ a recent pic of South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott
  13. .................. u lost me, Boozer............ er, User. 😁
  14. u should be aware women don't have nutz, dear.
  15. Def impressed with the verbal nomenclature. ................ supposedly(?) Osama bin Laden was devout, as are most (all?) jihadists .......... I suppose it could be argued that having faith made OBL a better thinker, def more focused for the task at hand.
  16. ................ what are u, a fk'n 2 y/o?
  17. Yeah, he's establishing a new record .............. some would say he's ruling, not governing. To Govern, those useless bunch of a$$holes, aka Congress, is required for statutes.
  18. This you? Get ur fk'n story straight. "1. Wrong. No border legislation is needed. If you don't have legal paperwork then you're out of here. You can do everything you want on THAT side of the border. " /Deluge
  19. ............. Trump? Job 1 is the Strait .................
  20. .....just listened to the demands of either side. Light years apart - safe to say Iran is not intimidated. ............ China and Russia are weighing in supposedly.
  21. NEEDS(?) ............... what the fk does country 'NEEDS' have to do with political hacks??? What do u think their priority is? Power, maybe .............. retaining power, maybe?? For fk's sake - face reality. AN EO IS NOT ENDURING.
  22. Executive orders remain in effect until they are revoked, modified, adjudicated unlawful, or expire according to their own terms. To paraphrase, they are extremely political. Arguably the furthest thing from being 'enduring' as you could get.
