They successfully sued in the two prior elections to be there, and the debate commission tried to trick them this time by telling them they could bring so many reporters while omitting that only one would be allowed to ask a question. So Rebel had their lawyers call them and they caved and gave them 4 questions. Probably because they didn't want to have to explain to a judge why they were defying a ruling for a third time. Moreover they asked some really good questions that matter to people. Everyone is forced to pay for the CBC, but many people do not feel represented by them. The question about whether or not Jagmeet would condemn the burning of churches is relevant. CBC would never care about that issue. But a lot of Canadians do.

That's part of the reason I want avoid 5 pages of debate. It gets to the point where we start arguing about dictionary definitions of words.

No they are not. There are two sexes. People who are of no clear sex are of no clear sex. That is not a new sex. Humans have five digits on each hand. If someone has a mutation where they have an extra digit they are not a new type of human. Once again this has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

They are of no particular sex. The sexes are male and female. Still binary. The fact that they are a mutation of the two sexes reinforces that sex is binary. There is no third sex.

I have already answered that. If it is not discernable then they are neither one or the other. It is not a new sex. The same way someone born with any other type of mutation is not a new variety of homo sapiens. Now you. Do you think it was a distraction for CBC to ask this question of Pierre Poilievre?
