The water system was short a very large supply of water that was out of service in the Santa Ynez Reservoir. This certainly contributed to the system running out more quickly. That is the point... in an area known to have potential issues with larger wildfires, the local leadership should be thinking about being prepared for that and having a better supply on hand to provide more sustained firefighting capacity. Americans did not have any UHC taken from them. Medicaid was never meant to be some form of universal health care and Democrats have been pushing it and pushing and giving it to illegal immigrants. Yes, spending is a significant part of the problem with debt... and deficit spending. Duh.
