OMG, yes, the military blows up people all the time! Now, please give us the context. You don't have to be "at war" with the US for the US to defend itself. This is not a court of law, it is a military engagement. I guess you are a fan of the conspiracy theory the entire military chain of command is all in on a big cover up to randomly blow up poor innocent famalies out on their sail boats just trying to enjoy a picnic.

The military routinely rejects people for all sorts of reasons, because they don’t exist to treat people with mental health issues. Those people are removed from service or never allowed to join to begin with. People in the military. On the face it’s true. If a soldier has to spend time away from the unit, they are not contributing. If they have to have surgeries and treatments and medication that makes them less capable or outright incapable to deploy. The tax payer. Let them deal with their mental issues on their own time and money, not use the military to do it for them. I put forth an articulate logical response. Feel free to respond to that directly if you can.

The point is that the military is in the business of fighting and winning wars, not placating to the mental issues of people that takes away from military readiness, standards, norms, and costs $$$ that is not necessary. Except, the problem here is Democrats didn’t speak out against any specific lawlessness. They implied it and encouraged mutiny and chaos. These are very political issues, not clear cut legal ones, and soldiers shouldn’t be encouraged to mutiny over politics like this.
