Charlie Kirk shot!

Over 10K posts tie Charlie Kirk’s murder to Israel as conspiracy theories explode online: ADL report Some of you fell for these social media posts that CK was killed by Israel. Turns out, it was Iranian misinformation...fake news. AP via Yahoo com "Pro-Iranian groups took a different tack, claiming Israel was behind Kirk's death and that the suspect was set up to take the fall." -

They've lost the social wars and are being shunned. It is about freaking time. -
Liberals don't understand nuance. Can you be walking down a street and become a victim of domestic violence? No. Domestic violence is, by definition, violence that happens at home in a family setting. Yes, it is bad. But does it really factor into what the police do? Should it factor into your decision to move there?

A murder is a murder
gatomontes99 replied to Gaétan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
All of it. I don't live in lefty looney land. You use all these code words and phrases and act like we should all understand it. I guarantee you 75% here have no idea what in the world you are talking about. They are either ignoring your gibberish or poking you to see what gibberish will come out. I am trying to understand it so we can have a conversation. But, if you don't want to (or can't) expand upon your thesis/premise than so be it. -

Everything I quoted. No one can read that and discern what your thesis is. What are you saying? -

Is there anyway you can make this into a coherent argument that is defendable? -

Pam Bondi Is Wrong About Free Speech
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I can see your points. But the king does have a certain power over knights. Maybe that isn't quite the perfect example. The problem with drawing the line on something subjective is that it is subjective. The Brandenburg v Ohio case was well adjudicated because it gave a well defined line. -
Pam Bondi Is Wrong About Free Speech
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
That is possibly not covered on free speech. Brandenburg v Ohio basically said that because the head of the KKK there called black people all kinds of names and claimed they were destroying society and all this other rascist crap but didn't explicitly or implicity say to go harm them, that it was free speech. Even though people did commit acts of violence, maybe as a result of his speech, he wasn't responsible. Now, had he explicitly called for killings or directed people to do it, then it wasn't free speech. If your example could show that the speech was intended to justify violence, then it would not be free speech. -
Pam Bondi Is Wrong About Free Speech

Our SCOTUS has said that free speech ends when you call for violence. So, calling conservatives fascists and nazis is free speech unless they expressly or strongly imply violence. I agree with SCOTUS. -

The both sides argument needs to end. If you can find an example of someone on the right committing unprovoked violence or assasinating an individual, you will never find hoards of the right celebrating. But that is exactly what happened with Trump, the UHC CEO, Kirk and others. The left is obsessed with violence and using violence to silence and suppress dissent. -
Antifa To Be Designated Terror Group
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Bullshit. They didn't show up at those rallies with concrete milkshakes, gas masks, trash can lids, tire irons and other home made weapons to march peacefully. They went there to be violent. -
I am for all this. ANTIFA is a terror group. Don't believe me? Has ANTIFA done this? Acts of dangerous to human life that violate the laws: Intimidate or coerce civilians? Affect the conduct of the government by mass destruction: My question would be, in what way are they not a terror organization? They use violence to intimidate people and disrupt the government in pursuit of a political goal. This should be a slam dunk.
