Trump to jail downed jet leaker?
gatomontes99 replied to paxamericana's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Then, you might see an espionage charge attempt. I think that might be hard to get to stick. All this is going to become very interesting for the next 10 years. Don Lemon os a great example. What constitutes a protected reporter? It used to be the MSM. But is Meghan Kelly a reporter? Are the Young Turks reporters? Is the guy in his basement and 100 followers a reporter? -

Espionage might be a little strong for a reporter using info they got from an informant. The most likely charge is the one that has been used in the past, contempt of court. Normally, that would be hard to prosecute because this is a reporter from outside the country. Being as the reporter is from Israel, we might be able to get them to extradite the reporter given the gravity of the situation. -

So they have zero protections. The Constitution does not protect them. That is what my links proved. It was about a SCOTUS ruling that does not protect journalists that won't disclose sources. They can't be prosecuted for what they wrote, but they can be prosecuted for not disclosing their sources. That actually makes it much simpler. -

No, that is well established law. https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/amdt1-9-2/ALDE_00000764/ Branzburg v Hayes -
Yes Yes And it never was a war of choice. It was a necessity. When Iran got nukes it would have been a minutes before they little the candle under one of them. And, yes, they could hit the US and all they had to do was hide one on a tanker and shoot it at us from 1500 miles off shore. They could have hit NY and DC fairly easily. And, before you say we would have stopped them, do we really want to chance that?

Wait...didn't the left vandalize hundreds of real sculptures? Why is this news? That ice sculpture would have melted anyway. Lol, the left attacked him and he fought back so he is a bad man. And I find it fascinating how they left his race out of it. Usually, when a black man gets railroaded, the left loves to drop the B word. I mean, they did it for the church. Did Biden used to sniff hair? I thought yall were ok with this stuff? When did you change your minds? I would bet that over 1 million libs have threatened to kill Trump. Don't pretend this bothers you. Oh no, his dog got out of control? Put him next to Maduro. A domestic dispute? Ffs According to you guys, this guy's actions made him a victim. This one and the other child molester need to be hung. However, Trump does not control their actions. The blanket pardon was because the previous admin weaponized the federal government and the process of checking each prosecution was too tedious. Now, I am glad to see you finally agree that we should enforce laws. That means leftist rioters should go to jail, resisting arrest in a car can be a valid reason for use of deadly force and deportations are acceptable. At least you are coming around.

They are gullible enough to believe them media and lazy enough not to verify the stories they want to believe. -
I debunked your source very early on. Lmao...and widely discredited by nonpartisan sources. The dude is completely off his rocker. But, yeah, that fits for you. What are Robert Reich's? He is a lawyer. He is not an economist. He is not a financial expert. He is not even qualified to read that chart. Did you know there are trading spikes every Monday morning. Why? Well, because the MARKET IS CLOSED! That trading activity happens every single Monday morning. If the first and last hours of the trading day seem like the most hectic, it's because they just might be. On a typical day in the market, the volume of shares traded, whether of individual stocks or index-tracking funds, tends to resemble a goblet: More shares trade hand early in the day; then the action often slows at midday; and then volume grows again near the end of the day. To be clear, this isn't always case and exceptions can occur at any time. The press relies on you being gullible enough to believe them and lazy enough not to fact check them. And you oblige.

Reality: Pete Hegseth has intervened in military promotions for more than a dozen senior officers He is targeting people that were Biden era policy defenders as well. Over 12 (12 is a dozen) and because 3 might be in a class you want to cry about does not make his actions racist or sexist. It just makes you a dumbasṣ for not checking for the whole story and believing the liberal lies that the legacy media give you. -
Trump signed an EO explained in this video: I definitely agree with the guys in the video on the transfers. They should get one transfer and one exemption to transfer for a coaching change. This is all good other wise.

That is not what DACA was. DACA was an order to not prosecute illegal aliens that were underage when they were brought crossed the border. No. They are still here illegally. They are supposed to be detained until a hearing. The hearing determines if the asylum defense is valid. Biden issued an EO to allow asylum seekers to be released, in violation of the law.
