It is like you are willfully ignorant: https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/8/235.3 (b) Expedited removal—(1) Applicability. The expedited removal provisions shall apply to the following classes of aliens who are determined to be inadmissible under section 212(a)(6)(C) or (7) of the Act: (i) Arriving aliens, as defined in 8 CFR 1.2; (ii) As specifically designated by the Commissioner, aliens who arrive in, attempt to enter, or have entered the United States without having been admitted or paroled following inspection by an immigration officer at a designated port-of-entry, and who have not established to the satisfaction of the immigration officer that they have been physically present in the United States continuously for the 2-year period immediately prior to the date of determination of inadmissibility. The Commissioner shall have the sole discretion to apply the provisions of section 235(b)(1) of the Act, at any time, to any class of aliens described in this section. The Commissioner's designation shall become effective upon publication of a notice in the Federal Register. However, if the Commissioner determines, in the exercise of discretion, that the delay caused by publication would adversely affect the interests of the United States or the effective enforcement of the immigration laws, the Commissioner's designation shall become effective immediately upon issuance, and shall be published in the Federal Register as soon as practicable thereafter. When these provisions are in effect for aliens who enter without inspection, the burden of proof rests with the alien to affirmatively show that he or she has the required continuous physical presence in the United States. Any absence from the United States shall serve to break the period of continuous physical presence. An alien who was not inspected and admitted or paroled into the United States but who establishes that he or she has been continuously physically present in the United States for the 2-year period immediately prior to the date of determination of inadmissibility shall be detained in accordance with section 235(b)(2) of the Act for a proceeding under section 240 of the Act.

Completely nonsensical. Where are the parallels? Are you just making shịt up? Because it really sounds like you are just making shịt up.

I can't think of a valid reason not to. If someone asks you if a 5 year old did that, you just say "Hell yeah he did. Look how strong my boy is!"

I can't think of a better, more informative interview in my life. Part of that is because Kash is very forthcoming in his information. They talked about China, the CCP and how they are intentionally sending fentanyl to the US. They have shifted from Mexico to India and Canada. They also talked about multiple attempts at wiping out our ag and stock. Why we haven't declared war on them is beyond me. We sure as he'll don't need to be letting them make a trade deal with us. Kash is adimate that Epstein killed himself and there are no tapes that he has that are especially damping or have new information. The Russia Hate stuff is just insane. I would listen to this for the China stuff as that is happening now and needs to be stopped. But, everyone involved in Russia Gate needs to be exposed. And it will. It is just going to take time. But the thing he broke in the interview is the crime that needs to be addressed on American Indian lands. Most importantly, that he is diverting resources from administrative duties to investigating and enforcing crime on Indian Lands. He's not targeting American Indians, he's protecting them. https://rumble.com/v6uee3z-joe-rogan-experience-2334-kash-patel.html

This is pure comedy gold. If I was trying to write the dialog of some pathetic, political forum loŝer that was trying to convince people he was big bad and tough, I'd write this word for word. I have a challenge for you robo...put your money where your mouth is. Post a verification photo. You can crop out your face and cover up anything identifying. But it most show you holding a piece of paper with your username hand written in sharpie. Similar to this:

Not a single lib is giving Trump credit for not glad handing Musk a big fat wad of government cheese? Im shocked, shocked I tell you. Yeah, Musk thought he would get his when he was done. He didn't. He went little bîtch boy when he didn't get his way. And it isn't the first time. Remember the kids trapped in a cave? Musk offered up a sub but it was turned down because they had a better plan. Musk called the diver that rescued the kids a pedoôphile. Receipt For all the good things Musk does, this is his big flaw. Its like he never grew up. But really, it is just how aspergers works: Newsweek

Where are you getting this from? The bill CUTS $1.7T in mandatory spending. And that is all it can do. In order to pass a full budget, there has to be 2/3rds majority in the Senate. That isn't going to happen. So, the Senate will use reconciliation. Reconciliation only needs a simple majority. Under reconciliation, only mandatory spending can be passed. Since discretionary spending needs a 2/3rds vote, there is only one other budgetary maneuver that can be employed, rescission. Rescission only needs a simple majority in the House and Senate. The White House has stated that they will be sending numerous rescission packages for approval. In part, the packages will be sent as they go and based on how easily they can pass.

It's a hoot that someone from a country with the greatest human rights violation in the history of man is worried about due process in another country. There is no violation of due process. There is no fascism. There is a long standing precedent of separating families to enforce the consequences of violating the law.
