  1. They often do. Simple lifestyles and a litlte undocumented work on the side and you can do fairly well. I knew a guy who'd wash windows for businesses for cash and did fairly well at that and collected welfare. IT meant he didn't have to work much at all and he'd get by (pretty much not at all in winters. ) Really. So you didn't earn any unemployment insurance during that year? Whoooops... And sure, you may have to submit doctors reports every year. Oh noes, That takes WAY more time than working.
  2. But even there - public medical care is just basically insurance. It's not 'free' really. It's manditory insurance with only one insurer and we can discuss wether that's a good idea or not but it's not even a 'hand out', in the course of your life you're just as likely to need that as much as anyone else and you pay into it accordingly, so it's no different than any other insurance. People who don't pay taxes kind of getting for free but lets get real - eveyrone pays SOME tax. Unemployment as well - it's hard to even think of it as a 'social program' really - its just gov't managed insurance based on the idea that the gov't is a better choice than the free market for that particular insurance. Education that's more of a social program i guess. It does make sense tho because thats where employers get their labour force from. But it's still a social program, there's no law that people have to take something that is marketable afterwards.
  3. jezus. We;ve only been discussing it as a nation for 2 years now, and it just passed. Read a F**king paper you sealion. "do you have any evidence the sun rose in teh east this morning?" Quit being such a tard.
  4. well science isn't a motive, it's just a method. You obviously felt the need to share the science with everyone and have a discussion about it. Whatever prompted that feeling and action would be the motive.
  5. no, sorry. Hormones is what your body produces because of your sex, which is geneticly determined not hormonally determined. A person may have a deficiency where their body doesn't produce enough hormone or the like, but force feeding someone hormones doesn't make them intersexed any more than cutting off their penis makes them a female. The idea that it does is something those on the radical left are pushing because it would lend credence to the idea that trans women are real women, and not men. Which would then allow them to compete in womens' sports. And promotes the idea that these people are 'just like any other woman'. Or at the very least just as much a woman as a man. But it's just not accurate. just like cutting someones balls off doesn't mean they're not male anymore.
  6. Would you say that to a black person? "Why are you so insecure that you need a 'black day' or 'black history month' as well as emancipation day?
  7. There are no white germans? or french? no while ausrians? What colour are the russians again? Like - could we have a nelson mandella day and ignore all blacks who aren't from that part of the world?
  8. And you're a classic rocks-for-brains so there's symmetry
  9. There IS no NEED to LISTEN to ^^^THIS crazy OPNION without FACTS!!!
  10. Considering you're the Top Dunce that's actually a bit of a compliment ? To say thanks you are now promoted to Head !diot well done LOL - these things never go well for you do they
  11. So you'd say black heritage days or first nations heritage days etc would be equally foolish? I don't disagree entirely btw - but just being clear that you're against the concept across the board.
  12. No, it's not a problem of where they come from. You just can't. It doesn't work. And then the borders get shut OR the guns come out. Well it is growth. When things grow out of control they tend to completely overtake their surroundings and wipe out available resources and then you have a mass starvation event. But we're not planning for our growth, we're deliberately forcing growth much faster than we can cope with. Well there are several ways, the super - short answers are efficiency and new products. But at the end of the day you can't grow either your economy or your population faster than you can provide for it, or you wind up with inflation and resource shortages (homes, schools, medicine etc).
  13. And Justin is dragging his heels on producing such a registry. Think maybe he's hoping for a few more 'donations' before the next election?
  14. https://archive.is/M0Rus China sees Canada as a “high-priority target” and employs “incentives and punishment” as part of a vast influence network directed at legislators, business executives and diaspora communities in this country, according to a top-secret intelligence assessment from the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. The CSIS report is an overview of Chinese government foreign interference in Canada, ranging from investigating a Conservative MP’s relatives in China to harassing a mainland Chinese student in Canada who publicly supported Hong Kong’s democracy movement. The report warned that Beijing is the “foremost perpetrator” of foreign interference in Canada. Its agents are unconcerned about repercussions, the report says, because of the lack of obstacles such as a foreign-influence registry of the kind established in the United States and Australia.
  15. Well... fair point. But unless they do they'll lose the moral high ground with a lot of people. Killing a child outside of the womb while it's still alive is going to be a bridge too far for many.
  16. Sure. "Urban camping" has become a thing as well, where people live in campers or rvs right in the city moving around from time to time. There's youtube channels dedicated to it. But that doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of what's coming if we don't either control population growth or build more homes. Or both. You can't have a million people living in the bush. Sure - again tho that is just moving more people into existing homes. That works - for a while. And we're already nearing the end of that as well, once homes reach capacity and there's no new ones there's a problem. And again - that buys a little time but you can't have a million boats.People are also moving out of the cities and taking up rural and suburban areas that weren't as 'in demand' before as well, and that buys a little time. But at the end of the day, those are bandaids on a gushing wound. At the current immigration pace, within about 5 years we're going to see the strain become insane. And homeowners will start compaining about tent cities and urban camping, and gov'ts will be very concerned about permanent camping in the woods with fire seasons geting worse and worse, and there will be NO WAY to fix it anytime soon. Gov'ts better get their heads out of their asses and make sure stuff is getting built or some of the riots we've seen in europe will wind up being our daily news here.
  17. Sorry but that's a lie as well It was safely used with the original clinical parameters. You had to have doctors involved in it's use, a doctor had to perscribe it and follow up. It has NOT been safely used in the proposed unsupervised mail in format for very long at all, and there have been problems. And there was NO approval process for that. All these people are demanding is that it be RETUNRED to the method that it was originally approved for, where it was safely used for decades. And again - the left has to lie to try to make it's point. It has NOT been used as it's being used now for decades at all.
  18. So your argument is that because they want to be left alone and not bothered they have to be in everyones face demanding attention constantly. Yeah that makes sense. Get real. Does wearing giant sized prosthetic boobs to teach children say 'leave me alone'? Does youtubing your "first year of womanhood" indicate that person doesn't want attention? picking fights over bathrooms and demanding the right to shower with women (odd that we don't hear about the male trans demanding to shower with men as much). There is NOTHING about the trans political movement that says 'leave me alone'. It's the REST of us who are saying 'leave me alone'. We're sick of hearing about you. We're done accommodating your every whim. We're not interested in you demanding to each or groom our kids. Just leave us alone and do your own thing, If their agenda was 'leave them alone" this would never be an issue .
  19. Or the guy 'who' thinks that special relativity refers to an aunt you really like?
  20. Troll? I'm a valuable educational experience! I notice @robosmith is still scouring the internet trying to understand how time works to reply to me, think he'd have done that on his own? No chance he'd still be playing with is lego!
  21. Joking aside, you hit the nail pretty hard. To be taken seriously, the left has to propose a criteria that is consistent and defensible logically as to when a baby is a living human and you're not allowed to kill it any more. Otherwise it just sounds like they're into killing kids whenever they feel ike. I mean seriously - alive and on the table separate from the mother and it's still ok to kill it? I think the dems are going to lose support over that one not gain it.
  22. Americana Antifa!!! They're coming for you!!! RUN!!! I'll hold him off!!!! (holds arms out, tries to look big....)
  23. You believe that you should be able to 'abort' up to age 8? I mean, god knows there's days we all feel that way but c'mon...
