Why couldn't they have just grabbed him when he was out and away from his guns? How many people announce they are going to kill the president when EVERYONE knows where they live? Cleary he was not mentally stable on top of being old and cripple. They could've handled this when he was away from his guns, like when he was outside or doing something in public.

Then do it when he's out walking his dog or going to the grocery store.
