Order to present detainee in court - which will take months or even years before a court date, so it's best to just release the illegal alien so that he can do whatever the f*ck he wants. 3. Order NOT to transfer detainee - into detainment, but to release (unleash?) detainee so that he can disappear and do whatever the f*ck he wants.
