The whole reason why the term Climate Change exists is because the world DIDN'T warm to the point where the poles would melt and Florida would be underwater. (Interestingly enough, a few hundred thousand years ago this land mass now known as Florida WAS underwater.) Excuse me, but climate is defined as prevailing weather conditions in a specific area over a period of time. The Kalihari Region of Africa gets ZERO rainfall and has ZERO surface water. That's climate. For that to change, there would have to be monsoon season in that region for several years, flooding everything. Key West has very mild winters and scorching hot summers. For that climate to change, there would have to be SNOW in the summer. That is CLIMATE CHANGE. Words mean things. And the global warming alarmists are still running the same scam. Actually the REAL reason small towns are usually free of bums is because small towns produce people with WORK ethics. There are smaller populations of WELFARE bums, who bring drugs and crime. Big cities seem to attract welfare bum single family homes. They usually end up in poverty. A lot of them end up homeless, always BY CHOICE. Small towns are just better places to live and usually attract more industrious and more decent people.
