  1. Credit card debt? Biden caused credit card debt? Not the end of Trump’s pandemic lockdowns, finally setting people free? I pay off my credit cards in full every month. I have over $100,000 in credit available and my balance is $0.
  2. Who knows what the shooter’s state of mind was? You’re just imaging that you know what he was thinking. The guy who shot John Lennon was a Beatles fan. Which doesn’t prove anything. You’re grasping at straws and making things up and pretending you can read the mind of a dead person. Makes you look pretty nutty, TBH.
  3. I have no facts? Here are some facts: FACT: Donald Trump is a rapist. FACT: Donald Trump does not go to church. FACT: Donald Trump could not recall one single verse from the Bible. FACT: Donald Trump has been indicted for over 100 felonies. FACT: Donald Trump has been convicted of 34 felonies. FACT: Donald Trump paid $25 million to settle his Trump University fraud lawsuit. FACT: Trump has lost over $500 million in fraud disgorgement penalties. FACT: Donald Trump cheated on all three of his wives I could keep going, but it’s quite a list already.
  4. If Covid was a “cult,” why did Trump shut down borders and our economy over it? Why did Trump spend billions on vaccines over a “cult”? Why did Trump allow schools to be shut down? Why did Trump mandate masks on airline?
  5. Dopey reasons. The states certify their elections. The VP just accepted the electors. Our economy has boomed under Biden. You fools keep pretending it’s awful but you can’t point to a single economic indicator that it is. Trump is the insurrectionist. The mess of getting America out of Republican wars? The mess of recovering America’s economy from Republican economic destruction TWICE? The mess of incredible stock market growth and low unemployment? The mess of having way better healthcare?
  6. So you’re against political violence? Me too! I’m against Jan 6 rioters being freed from prison. I’m against political candidates telling their supporters to “strap on a Glock” during the election. And this professor needs to be disciplined for this.
  7. I know… just more crime, what do you care?
  8. The Trump campaign has been sending potential donors hundreds of offers of free merchandise, trips to meet Trump, club memberships, and other gifts… In total, 41 sweepstakes, 47 advisory council or club memberships, and 110 pieces of Trump-branded merchandise… …and Trump has delivered almost none of them. The NY Times reached out to the Trump campaign to provide a list of contest winners… and the campaign refused. In fact, only one contest winner could be identified. Not surprisingly, operating a contest and not rewarding winners as promised is a violation of Federal law.
  9. One person, one vote. But, as Walz says, we can’t change it.
  10. Thats truly nothing compared to the guy who thinks California can solve their water problems by asking Canada to turn a faucet, and who says windmills cause cancer, who wonders whether it’s worst to get eaten by a shark or electrocuted, who thought people could drink bleach to cure Covid…. Shall I continue? Kamala can speak in complete sentences. Donald Trump cannot. Ever.
  11. What he said is that men who won’t vote for a female because they think females cannot be smart enough should be lined up and shot.
  12. The 1.1 million Montanans have two Senators, as do the 33 million Californians. Not very democratic, is it?
  13. No, so that the majority of voters can have a say.
  14. Law says Trump is a 34 time felon.
  15. Everybody has a sane side. Well, nearly everybody.
  16. The prosecution did prove the other crimes because the jury returned 34 felony verdicts, which was only possible if the jury believed beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump reported the payments fraudulently as part of the additional crimes of tax evasion and/or election interference.
  17. I think the US should revoke the citizenship of fascists.
  18. Trump’s crime was elevated to felony in part because he reported the payments as tax-deductible legal expenses instead of non-tax-deductible hush money payments.
  19. BTW, Michael Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison over the exact same crimes, and Cohen entered a guilty plea. And Cohen didn’t threaten the judge’s children, or get cited for contempt of court multiple times.
  20. So women aren’t allowed to control their own bodies because Eve ate an apple in the Garden of Eden? Are you insane?
  21. I don’t care to know anything about your wife or whatever it is your blathering about.
  22. The Times analyzed all of the convictions for the same crime that Donald Trump was convicted for. Over 1/3 of convictions identical to Trump’s went to prison in Manhattan. State-wide, 42% of convictions resulted in prison time. So why would Trump fall into the 1/3 and not into the 2/3? Several reasons: The lightest sentences went to those who plead guilty and a plea bargain was accepted. Trump was in contempt of court several times, fined $10,000 twice, threatened the judge’s daughter, and the judge had to threaten Trump with jail if he did not stop committing contempt of court. Remorse is a major factor in determining sentencing. Pretty much anyone who’s paying attention knows that Trump clearly has shown no remorse whatsoever for the 34 felonies he was convicted of. In fact, he’s shown the opposite. The judge in the case has shown willingness to put white collar criminals in prison, stating that all criminals must be treated equally in the law. Criminal sentencing is intended to deter the convicted criminal of not committing the crime again. There is no reasonable expectation that a non-remorseful, contemptuous individual will be deterred if he does not receive a prison sentence. The judge is required to receive confidential recommendations from the probation department and from the prosecuting attorney. These reports will also play a role in the decision whether to sentence the former President to prison. But it appears more likely than not that, if Trump is not re-elected, he will receive a prison sentence in the case. If he is re-elected, the sentence will probably be delayed until after his term, and then, the 82 year-old will be sentenced.
  23. Do you tell your daughter to “eat that apple” very often? Just cause you think she wanted to, maybe she didn’t actually want to eat your apple.
  24. It was similar to this in 2020 when folks though Biden would win. And he did win. Trump talks about the polls a lot more than Kamala Harris does.
