  1. Yes, business is business. Feds tax...you want to give them more money?? Bottom line is it is you that posts the stories and links, not the social media company....and you (Blackbird) are pissed that he/she cannot post LOL No, this tax on social media is not even close to cheese and cars. Social media is you...not the manufacturer or producer and not protecting Canadian producers and manufacturers.
  2. For an anti liberal, you sure suck up and defend top liberal wannabe tom mulcair LOL Mulcair is no better than jagmeet, sucking up to whomever is in power. LOL
  3. I am so against the feds taxing social media. While social media sells advertising, that is their business, most people are pissed they cannot add links (like backbrid) . It is not social media posting the links, it is the users. Tax the users.
  4. So, you finally realize the military was doing what it was told to do, as it always does. You do nio complain about the Canadian Christians or jews or other religions being evacuated. You F'n hypocrite!!!
  5. Your feeble attempt at insult only tells me you have no intelligent argument so...the pea sized brain is in your head LOL Oh and I used to respect you but you are becoming a confux clone and if you want to be a loser like him, you are doing a terrific emulation.
  6. Are oyu insinuating that elections were run and handled and fully campaigned by the person running? If you think so, you are completely misinformed. There were always teams and election trail hierarchy.
  7. Perspective: Between 2010 and 2022: the population of Canada grew from approximately 33.9 million to 39.3 million (an increase of 15.9%)Footnote 5; and the number of federal public servants increased from 282,980 to 335,957 (an increase of 18.7%).Footnote 6 The federal public service comprised 0.86% of the Canadian population in 2022. Over the last 10 years, the size of the federal public service in relation to the Canadian population fluctuated but it now represents a greater proportion of the Canadian population than in 2010 when it represented 0.84%. Indeterminate hiring has been on the rise since the 2012 to 2013 fiscal year. There was a decline in indeterminate hires between the 2019 to 2020 fiscal year and the 2020 to 2021 fiscal year, however it has since risen. New indeterminate hiring in the core public administration increased by 32.7%, from 16,528 in the 2020 to 2021 fiscal year to 21,925 in the 2021 to 2022 fiscal year. Retirements accounted for 71.3% of departures while resignations accounted for 15.2% in the 2021 to 2022 fiscal year. Additionally, as shown in Figure 10, in the 2021 to 2022 fiscal year, the federal public service departure rates for retirements, resignations and all other specified reasons were 3.2%, 0.7%, and 0.6%, respectively. Since the 2012 to 2013 and the 2013 to 2014 period, where the number of departures from the federal public service increased in response to budget reductions, there has been a steady decrease of departures from the federal public service workforce up until the 2020 to 2021 fiscal year. Between the 2020 to 2021 fiscal year and the 2021 to 2022 fiscal year, the number of departures increased by 30.6%. This jump is mostly likely due to employees delaying their retirement until after the pandemic.
  8. I can dislike and fight a person or what a person does or did without it being hate. Not everything is hate.
  9. To be realistic, all citizens are being treated equally. If, for whatever reason some are so paranoid they feel mistreated, the laws today prevent discrimination of any type. They have legal recourse if they get discriminated upon. Now, if I do not like to hear or see or be part of your sexual orientation discussion or even, that is not discrimination, that is my right as well. If I ask you to shut up and get away from me is not discriminatory, it just mean get away form me , i personally do not like you. If I am pissed that you block off my streets and use my police for crowd control wasting my tax money so you can dangle your dork and tits in public to prove you are underappreciated..., that pisses me off. So actually, you are more than equal because you able do this.
  10. Oh no!!!?? Pride is not sexual! What is the matter with you to suggest otherwise??? LOL The lgbtqrls++ only do themselves harm. Lose credibility and then whine when they do not get it. 100 stabs of indecency... one of the worst cases of sexual suicide LOL
  11. What is your beef? Are you blaming the Military for something?? The Military is subservient to the government. They have to do what they are told. What is your problem with this??
  12. Did you not read the actual statistics??? The amount of public servants in 2022 were .02% higher than in 2010. And , the population increasing by over 6 million. .02% increase in 12 years. To service an additional 6 million people...... https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/services/innovation/human-resources-statistics/demographic-snapshot-federal-public-service-2022.html
  13. Just more BS from him. He wallows in his own crap and thinks it is OK LOL He is so full of BS he does not know what is what anymore LOL And then tries to make it your fault. He is a loser and a joke now too. A laughing stock
  14. Yes, I am hopeful I am really hoping the liberals have pissed off enough Ontarians that they lose seats. Nothing is easily changed but Justin has really turned a lot of people off.
  15. While it was a huge loss for the Liberals, they still only lost by about 500 votes out of a potential 75,000 voters (Not sure of the number of total b=voters the voted) Plus there were 75 or 80 candidates on the list to vote for. The votes were split a lot. That can easily change again in the next election. Thing is southern Ontario is still the liberal stronghold and a lot more turnovers will be needed to oust the liberals in a good fashion.
  16. You fail to get that while there may have been 40K hired, you do not take into consideration how many left, retired or were made redundant and were replaced by new hires. The fact from the link is that there are only .02% more not than there were in 2010. Consultants were not or are not part of this discussion. Numbers of pubic servants is. The number of consultants and contractions changes from month to month and year to year. Again, the OP posted the lkink https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/services/innovation/human-resources-statistics/demographic-snapshot-federal-public-service-2022.html "Between the 2015-16 and 2021-22 fiscal years, about 4.5 per cent of full-time federal public service employees left the government, with departure rates ranging from 3.6 to 5.3 per cent. In 2022, the size of the federal public service was 335,957, and there were about 15,118 (4.5 per cent) employees departures" https://ottawacitizen.com/news/loss-of-5000-public-servants-to-attrition-a-drop-in-the-bucket-says-pbo
  17. Check again LOL You lose again LOL
  18. 500 votes can easily be overcome. Plus, there were what, 75 or 80 candidates the split the votes? https://www.elections.ca/Scripts/vis/candidates?L=e&ED=35090&EV=58&EV_TYPE=3&PROV=ON&PROVID=35&QID=-1&PAGEID=17 It is the first by election that trudeau lost out of 8 by elections and it is good he lost but I would not jump up and down. It is the GTA after all and a liberal stronghold. Where Ontario goes, there goes the government. Hopefully Ontario will come to understand he has to go. You are a f'n 1diot. I spew nothing. I discuss with logic, you puke out without thought.
  19. "the number of federal public servants increased from 282,980 to 335,957 (an increase of 18.7%)" Since 2010 "The federal public service comprised 0.86% of the Canadian population in 2022. Over the last 10 years, the size of the federal public service in relation to the Canadian population fluctuated but it now represents a greater proportion of the Canadian population than in 2010 when it represented 0.84%. " A .02% increase in 12 years in relation to the population. There was 6 million population increase in those 12 years." And that does not even include the huge amount of refugees and immigrants from 2022 to now. Oh and the US president (thy appoint secretariat (ministers) has 15 top secretaries and then ther are 26 cabinet members as well (under the vice president).
  20. For sure it is great news that the liberal stronghold was broken open It would have been a lot better if he lost by a landslide instead of just 500 votes. Why the insult?? are you drinking confux koolaid? What did I say on this subject that pissed you off? Except proved confux was lying again?
  21. Once again. From the OP's link: "the number of federal public servants increased from 282,980 to 335,957 (an increase of 18.7%)" Since 2010 "The federal public service comprised 0.86% of the Canadian population in 2022. Over the last 10 years, the size of the federal public service in relation to the Canadian population fluctuated but it now represents a greater proportion of the Canadian population than in 2010 when it represented 0.84%. " A .02% increase in 12 years. 6 million population increase in those 12 years. Trudeau was not in office in 2010. Lots of good info in the OP's link.
  22. Probably right but, the requirements were there and clear and a person appyling was supposed to meet all requirement. Thing is they never vetted, just paid out The problem was that they knew there was fraud but they never came after fraudsters till now. They waited too long. They gave notice 2 years ago and again last year so now they are starting to take action. The got the public servants that got CERB a while ago now the rest of the false recipients are gettign hit. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canada/cra-threatening-legal-measures-to-recoup-billions-from-ineligible-covid-19-benefit-recipients/ar-BB1p1e6G?cvid=46f63c72ec7d44eac3a2a4ba93cb56ba&ei=12
  23. Boo Hoo. You got punted out so you are no longer on the gravy train and are pissed LOL "The federal public service comprised 0.86% of the Canadian population in 2022. Over the last 10 years, the size of the federal public service in relation to the Canadian population fluctuated but it now represents a greater proportion of the Canadian population than in 2010 when it represented 0.84%. " So the PS went up .02% over a 12 year period and population went up over 6 million. Horror LOL
  24. Good, if you were not entitled to it, then pay it back.
