They labeled a number of conservative groups "hate groups" and put them on a "hate watch" for moderately conservative positions. Biden/Obama then used this to surveil people based on very flimsy, partisan definitions. Just like they payed fascists to stage riots, Biden himself was a fascist in surveillance of political adversaries. Yet the ACLU remained quiet on blatant violations of civil liberties. Why?
