Actually...I kind of agree with the argument that Poiliere is partially responsible for the carney. He should have attacked the carney about stealing his election platform. He failed and now we're stuck with this flop. The only saving grace is, the carney is a dullard so Poilievre should be able to steer in some manner.

OK. No. Government is not a contractor. CONTRACTORS are contractors. 12 years eh? I rest my case. Again...people we commonly call CONTRACTORS from the companies CONTRACTED to build said pipelines. See...your problem is, you think government should pay for your "stuff". That is not their job. All government has to do is create an environment conducive to major investment and let the CONTRACTORS do what they do best. Government sets the table. It the corporations and their CONTRACTORS who do the work and invest the money. This creates thousands of jobs across the spectrum, making canadians productive and able to buy their "stuff".

This is quite true. So when this chronic dissatisfaction is evident, how do mature adults resolve it? There's a word in English that too many have forsaken. "Compromise". Compromise produces the best possible results for the general public. With it, the US government could open...the ICE riots would subside...the police might even be heroes again. But the word has become unknown. Undesirable. Perhaps impossible. Not all that long ago, the extremes of either right or left, were minimalized as crazy. Today we let them call the shots. Canada has been converted from a nice place to raise a family, to a dumpster fire of scared little beavers who collectively are currently allowing the POTUS to dictate our politics...and society. Our immigration used to be rational. Now we have a massive tax burden supporting hundreds of thousands of "refugees" and "students". Several of our industries have been completely taken over by Indians. We waste our vast natural resources on notions of saving the world from carbon, while we impose huge taxes and regulations that stifle our national and personal wealth. Hell we chased one of our most brilliant minds, Jordan Peterson, to Florida because of some insane idea about pronouns and gender. Indeed, Canada is now a self-destructive mob of irrational twits. All more concerned with virtue-signalling and willing to shoot ourselves to show just how much we can hate Trump.

Interestingly enough...We had a 2 and a half week holiday in Bohemia last month. We've been back 1 month now and we want to go back already.

The Gazans took a chance on global sympathy...and lost...for now. However they have raised some much needed questioning of our nation's relationship with Israel. I don't think anyone can know how this ends but, we've learned 2 important things. 1. Israel has been given a "bloody nose". 2. The other Arab nations don't really want the Gazans in their land either.

And that might be...China? Shouldn't Canada stop the bleeding first and then worry about what to do? So where's the growth markets for Canada? "The Ring of Fire" in Ontario? Yes but...there's so much more. Half of Canada's finance and economy issues are self-inflicted. You have a country chalk full of natural resources, just when the world is scrambling for them. Your national finances are a mess. What do you do to attract slews of capital and jobs? You declare open season. Then de-regulate and create a business friendly economy. You might also wanna think about doing something about the flow of "refugees".

Nicholas Maduro is a murderer and a common criminal. His reign has seen mass murders of Venezuelans both in Venezuela and in other countries.
